Prisoner Rights Legal Services Ltd have proved to be a highly professional and effective company. Their service has been exemplary, their proactive approach and level of support first class. They have the ability and means to communicate clearly and concisely with agencies both within the prison service and externally and have hugely alleviated a series of incredibly stressful situations by coordinating all parties and investigating hold ups.
Alan is one in a million, I don’t know what my son would have done without him. I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 stars. Thank you for all your support, care and professionalism Alan.

I honestly can’t recommend Alan Williams and the team at Prisoner Rights Legal Services enough.

From the very beginning, Alan has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. He has always taken the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly and keep us informed throughout the process.

Trying to understand the prison system and the different processes involved can be extremely confusing and stressful for families, but Alan’s knowledge and guidance have made such a difference to us. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and whenever I’ve needed advice or clarification, he has always been approachable and helpful.

Most importantly, Alan has treated our family with genuine compassion and respect. You never feel like you’re simply another case- you feel that he genuinely cares about achieving the best possible outcome and supporting the family along the way.

A huge thank you to Alan and the whole team for all of your continued hard work and support. It is genuinely appreciated, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Prisoner Rights Legal Services to other families.

Alan and the team were always polite and helpful, they responded to all communications promptly and sorted things out for my son very quickly. I would highly recommend, the service was excellent.

Very helpful and polite

David has gone above and beyond to help and support my son during his difficult time in prison. He has supported our whole family too, and nothing has ever been too much trouble.

We are not at the end of our journey yet, but I have complete faith that David will get us there. It is rare to find a company that offers such a genuine, caring human touch. We truly appreciate everything he and the team have done. Highly recommended.

We cannot thank Alan enough for the amazing work he did for us. We were stuck in a really tough place, but he stepped in and fought hard to get us a fantastic result. His dedication and support made all the difference. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone else out there who is currently struggling to get a fair outcome. You will be in the best possible hands! THANK YOU ALAN.

Alan is amazing he's very professional and very caring and helpful keeps you updated on everything won't find anyone better anywhere

When a loved one enters prison the whole world changes. Communication, trust, feelings of desperation and not knowing who to trust all make for the most stressful times. Add to that, fear and we have a very uncertain and scary prisoner and family .
There are literally masses of companies offering help with prison law, I know because I have spoke to most of them, they can be flimsy, greedy and distanced from our real stress and worry. Alan Williams was literally the star that took over all of our worries, he communicated day and night even weekends, and he listened. He was always there to fight for my sons rights . A human angel is how I would describe him , my son trusted him immediately and I felt secure, that whatever the outcome , Alan would do his absolute best, there was never any question that he was ready to go into battle for my son.
He has fought for us and he and his team have won the battle! My son will forever be in their debt for genuinely getting the best result . I still pinch myself that he called me back in my hour of need . 5 stars is not enough , they should receive medals for persistance, care, and doing right by those who need support, guidance and knowledge. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Best legal team I’ve ever dealt with. Went above and beyond for me & my son. Can’t thank the team enough.

Would highly recommend Clare and the team from PRLS, the dedication and effort they put in was amazing, they were on top of everything and kept me updated even with the smallest of information, even out of work hours so definitely was appreciated.
I hope I never have to use them again but if I did I know who I’d be contacting.
Thank you for everything. ☺️

Thank you very much for a swift and prompt service. Each member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and the advice given was invaluable.

First class company who helped a friend to secure a transfer to OPEN PRISON who would have been locked up every day without the intervention of PRLS In particular ALAN was most helpful in resolving matters
