Received my new 34" curved monitor that I was so excited about and it was a real disappointment. Requested a return within a week and they expect me to provide them a whole range of videos explaining why I don't like the picture quality and what the issues are on the video, etc. Shocking customer service. They do an amazing job of false marketing their products all over the internet.
Disgusting, deceitful company with poor business practices. Quality of the monitor is horrible, can’t even display text of an email without it looking block and pixelated.
They remove all negative reviews in Facebook to further take advantage of people.
Customer service is despicable, have no interest in helping after they have your money.

The options provided would not have provided and adequate solution to the problem and would have resulted in you charging me more money for your faulty crappy products

I purchased the monitor XQ340 pro from them, got problem after few uses, they replaced it and then I decided to give it to my friend as a gift. The new monitor have problem straight away, screen went off after few minutes. My friend tried to make a warranty claim however they said as it been giving to my friend they can't provide warranty, so I tried to make a warranty claim and they still refused it, saying I already give it to my friend??? so basically they just try to get rid of faulty stuffs (twice happen) and get away of their responsibilities.
Don't buy. It failed after a year of use and the only advice to try and fix it was just copy and paste responses of readjusting the cables or turning it off and on again. Zero help or real solutions. If this monitor breaks on you, that's it. Prism is a crap brand.
EDIT: Ok. I had a moment and I apologize. Prism is a young company with no physical store so, obviously, there are drawbacks. A few lessons: DO NOT THROW THE BOX AWAY. You will NOT be able to find another one. Their process of trying to rectify breakages or technical difficulties is tedious, but what else can you do? You have to film the problem and they analyze it then you send it to them for a potential replacement. Hence, keeping the box. But their communication ends up being quite good once they conclude that your item is faulty.
I bought a monitor from these guys. There is one thing that really bugs me about this product, as well as many products on PRISM+‘s webpage. It’s the sleazy marketing of having their products, such as this one, advertised as “45% off,” “Save $500” etc etc. But, I have been checking this monitor out for months, and every time I have viewed this page, it has always been advertised as ‘on sale,’ but I have never seen this product being advertised as the so-called ‘regular’ retail price. Essentially, they advertise their product this way to make you believe that this monitor is worth a lot more ($1099) than what it actually is ($599.) This is just a straight up insincere and fraudulent method of marketing. Shame on you, PRISM+.

Out of a $1000+ purchase they offered an insulting $30 refund. Have said if I wanted a full refund and cancel the order they would not give a full refund.
Their website only approves 4/5 star positive reviews which is against the ACL and false advertising.
Lots of real reviews on reddit/fb since prisms reviews seem entirely fabricated or purchased.
