Printonline.co.nz printed 50, 12 page booklets for me, I had left it a little late so I paid for the overnight delivery.

The booklets arrived the next day, as promised. The quality was exactly how described on the website and exactly how my document looked in my PDF on my laptop.

The upload and design process was simple, easy to follow instructions which is a truly simple process overall.

An excellent experience and I will definitely use your service again.

I had a tight deadline for a special booklet of memories and messages for my son's 21st birthday. I ordered the overnight service for the booklet (highest quality print and paper available), and it was delivered on time the next day. Beautiful quality; great weight to the paper, excellent colour printing, and delivered in a sturdy cardboard box to protect the product. Very happy!

I can't rate this service highly enough. Overnight shipping, print quality is superb. We had a little issue and no arguments just a reply of, we are reprinting your order. Now that's customer service. This isn't the first time we have had things printed here either but the first issue we have had. We will definitely be using time and time again

Great value and speedy service. This is the 4th time I have used the service at Print online. The quality this time has improved and is the best i have received so far. While the photo prints are not "exhibition" quality it is perfect for meeting my display needs and I will definitely be using them again.

Really great customer service and assistance! After a few flubs on mind end on the printing requirements, the team reached out to me to let me know what the issue was so that I could correct it and get the prints I had imagined. They also ensured this would be delivered to me based on my priority. This was really helpful and not something every business does!

Trust me when I say USE ANY OTHER PRINTING COMPANY!! The quality of the printing is diabolical. Don't waste your money you will absolutely regret it!!

If I could give a zero star I would! I do not recommend using this company. They sent me what was meant to be a high resolution high quality print but it was completely distorted. When I contacted them they told me it was a file issue but they printed it anyway. No communication they didn't care at all about their lack of quality and refused to do anything about it.

I was anxious about how the My Heritage generated book would print out and was thrilled with the results. Especially with the speed of providing it and very happy with the cost. Certainly will use Print on Line again

I’ve used these guys several times over the last few months and the service has been bang on every single time. So fast, great quality and at a great price. I can’t stand bad service so can’t recommend Print Online highly enough - I’ll definitely continuing using them 😊.

Whilst online ordering was relatively simple and their reply to emails before ordering were faultless. The order was filled quickly and as it was over a long weekend, delays were expected. By the time I receive my parcel at the earliest it'll be a week from ordering to receipt and what's most disappointing is this company is literally 6km away from me, they don't allow pick up. If you need printing, consider small businesses in the local community, if you want service with kindness and a smile or deal with larger businsess if you want cold service without care.

Ordered prints with overnight delivery, didn't turn up for two days. When reached out to the company, they blamed it on the currier company and told me to take it up with them directly. As a supplier I would expect the company to choose their reliable delivery system and not handing back the issue to the client. Whilst I understand there are busy time periods, the way they handled my case led me to decide never to use them again. Don't advertise and sell something you can't take ownership for.

I have used this company a few times now. The first time, I uploaded my files, made an order, but didn't know I needed to put in my page count for each one. They were completely understanding when I e-mailed to tell them I made a mistake, cancelled it for me, so I could do the next one the right way. Overall, cheap, fast, good communication, page's were not damaged.

The print is not good. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Read further on the reviews below and not the fake once between! I tried calling them but only automated phone answering.
The paper is cheap, it looks terrible in matt, the print was way to dark.
We ordered and paid online but got at the next day an email that we had to pay more than double of the original price because the photo required more ink!!
Only positive was the fast shipping.
