We ordered a school leavers hoodie. The name on the back was slightly faulty, but when I contacted Print my Kit with a photo of the issue, they responded within a couple of hours and arranged a new hoodie to be printed.

Fantastic Service - I needed 7 printed shirts for a girls Parkrun away weekend and had left organising until very late.
