Unreliable - they tell you it'll be done by a certain day, even when checked with customer service, but then they didn't. Waste of money.

DREADFUL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - COWBOYS!

Placed two orders for VERY simple signs, 12 in total - all went in the bin!

Dreadful quality, peeling, scratched, drill holes looked like someone had stabbed a screwdriver in them... appalling!

Customer Service dreadful, I would rather pull my teeth out than go through trying to get replacements again!

We are a small campaign group who wanted a Pull-up Banner to take to a conference. We had a basic design that needed some refinement and a workable QR Code. Print Today gave us just that. Great communication helped us through the process, we will be using them again.

I ordered several hoodie tops from this company and was very disappointed with the quality.

The print was poor from the start. The hoodies were black with a white/silver design, but the finish was unclear and not well produced. After washing them, the situation got worse—the colour ran, which completely affected the overall look.

Because of how poor the quality was, I didn’t even bother returning them and just accepted it as a waste of money.

Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend.

I used to be the repeated customers of Printed Today. I ordered banners and leaflet from this shop. Unfortunately, the printing quality of recent items are not good. On March 2026, I submitted 3 different designs of name card. The printing on name cards were shifted. The dimensions of name cards were different. The printing on the front and back sides of name cards were not aligned. Some even has unknown white lines on it. I made a complaint to Print Today for full refund for the whole order. Print Today asked for sending a replacement instead of full fund. I accepted that. However, I only received back one design of name card and those mistakes were repeated. The printing on name cards were shifted. The printing on the front and back sides of name cards were not aligned.

I had previously used them a few years ago for a banner and that was very straight forward how ever three weeks ago I ordered a table cloth for my new business and received help from a member of staff on what fit is best. We agreed I paid and then the proofs kept coming thru incorrect like they didn’t know what they were doing. Fast forward to receiving my business cards as well they were cut all different sizes and the table cloth was not fitted and wrong colour! Back and forth for an entire week they just weren’t getting the fact that the fit and colour was wrong and some how I was at fault. Sent me another one for because they got fed up of me and it’s exactly the same! Wouldn’t give me a refund and refused even acknowledge my concerns! Horrible customer service skills and very unprofessional! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Absolute rubbish company do not order from these. Im an estate agent asked william for standard size estate agent boards. I ended up with size of placemats arrived damaged and split peeling awfull job. Contacted stephen who refused refund only 10 per cent off next order then offered replacement. I wouldnt reorder with these again. I have a business to run aswell and thanks to these idiots clients have no FOR SALE SIGNS . I asked 35 in refund which they refused now im contacting trading standards and action fraud as complete scam stay well away from this company

AVOID! Get spam calls all the time, despite telling them to stop calling me. The last time they called, the agent on the phone threatened to send people to my house, because I didn't want their business anymore.

First time using this service. The team were very attentive and helpful in confirming the artwork would work. I got an email showing the resolution of the printing when scaled up.

The banners arrived as promised on the day stated and with no fuss.

Our first banner could have been printed better but when I complained and bought a conference stand it was exceptionally good.

Absolutely appalling. Ignored emails about how poor the quality of the signs were they flew off the vehicle when contacted I was suggested to purchase again! They were not magnetic I raised another complaint & ignored. I have now had to raise a dispute through my bank to get the money back. I've had to calls in 2 months asking for feedback & told both times a complaint would be raised but hasn't been. Save your money & go elsewhere the company is awful to deal with.
