We connected with Dan of Prime London over a property which had recently been led, and we were investigating if that had fully progressed, which it had. What was especially impressive about Dan was that we communicated to him our very specific needs in a property, which he fully took on board, and then proceeded to find a property owner who, at that point, was thinking of selling, for whom the option of renting for 18 months to 2 years proved more attractive. We were delighted to find this property, which was not on the market and suited us perfectly. Our interaction with Don was truly one of the most fruitful with any professional in recent years. I simply can't speak highly enough of him.

I have had a very positive experience with Prime London Residential, particularly during the recent renewal of my tenancy.
My family has been going through a very challenging period due to my daughter’s health and recovery. Throughout the process, the team listened carefully to my circumstances and communicated with the landlord in a professional, respectful and compassionate way.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt that I was simply being treated as a tenancy or a transaction. The agent took the time to understand our situation, clearly explained the options available to us, and helped us find an arrangement that worked for both the landlord and our family.
The landlord was also very understanding, and with the agent’s support we were able to agree on a reasonable renewal arrangement that gives my daughter the stability of remaining in a familiar home while she continues her recovery and prepares to return to university.
Good property management is not only about managing buildings, contracts and rent. During difficult moments, professionalism combined with empathy can make a real difference to a tenant and their family. That has certainly been my experience with Prime London Residential.
