Disappointing experience — problem still not fixed

I contacted Housecall Pro to fix a bent tube on my dishwasher. I was charged more than $300 for the service, but the dishwasher was still not properly attached to the counter afterward.

I submitted three separate post-service requests asking them to correct the problem, but the dishwasher still has not been attached to the counter.

I paid for the repair expecting the job to be completed properly. Unfortunately, after three follow-up requests, the original problem remains unresolved. I would expect a company to stand behind its work and make sure the repair is actually completed.

I had an outstanding experience with this company! Henry came out to repair both my refrigerator and my gas range, and he did an amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Both appliances are now working perfectly, and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find someone this honest, skilled, and reliable these days. You can tell Henry truly cares about doing the job right, not just getting it done quickly.
