This is one of the worst service providers I've ever dealt with. I strongly recommend that no one purchase any service from them.

The tools barely work throughout the month, making the service almost useless. Whenever you report an issue, instead of fixing it, they make excuses and claim that you're sharing old screenshots. Their customer support is completely unprofessional, and they even resort to abusive and offensive language when you complain.

If you're charging customers, then provide the service you're promising. Customers are paying for these tools—they're not asking for them for free. Save your money and avoid this service.

I’ve had one of the worst experiences with this team. Their customer support is completely unprofessional — they lack basic communication skills and show no respect when dealing with user concerns. Instead of providing real solutions, they respond rudely and avoid taking responsibility for their tool’s issues. The platform itself is unreliable, and the support team is even worse. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Very poor service — they don’t even respond if there’s an issue, and there’s some problem almost every day.

I mostly use their SEO plans but unfortunately found many technical issues, especially mostly tools asking for login and not working as premium. Aside from login, many tools have already reached their daily limits.

One Of The best service In tools Industry

I had purchased a 2500 Agency Plan from this tool provider, which was supposed to include approximately 50+ tools, but barely 15 tools were working. I kept asking this person to update the tools for 2 weeks, and he only updated one tool, which became outdated the next day.

When I complained about this to him, instead of updating my tools, he was extremely rude and said, "If you don't want to use the tools, then don't." I have worked with many sharing tool providers, and whenever there was an issue, they would resolve it within 24 hours. However, this person's customer service is extremely poor and he is very rude.
EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have been using tool companies for over 4 years and I have never come across a dedicated and honest company like PRIDESEOTOOL the staff is amazing and quick to subscriptions and any issue (rarely happens) and compare to other tool agencies issues are non existent, I assure anyone want to try their services, they will not be disappointed.
