Absolute disgrace! Stay away from this company!

Our booking was cancelled and we were not told about it at all. We were waiting, waiting and waiting and we only learnt about it when we contacted them via WhatsApp. You cannot even call them on WhatsApp, only messages. We made the booking from brentwoodtaxis.co.uk, then when we paid it was redirected to Taxicode. A few minutes later, we were assigned a driver from Prestige London Chauffeurs.

After we booked, we were told there would be extra charge as the route we booked was not the most optimal and that we needed an upgraded vehicle. We said no for those offers, and we believe they cancelled us because we rejected their offers. If you wanted to cancel our booking, sure we accepted it, but please please please have a decency to inform us.

The last thing you want from a taxi company is for them to cancel your booking without telling you. Imagine, if you are really in short of time to go to the airport.

So people, stay away from this company, DO NOT USE!

Their price looked reasonable for the long trip (estimated at 1 hr and 50 mins) for a group of international business travelers. The vehicle turned up 20 minutes late (no phone call) and could not fit all the luggage for which it was booked. This was brought to their attention, but unfortunately there was no friendly or helpful response.

Based on the negative experience, the next prepaid trip was requested to be cancelled, which they refused to do (no refunds).

We won't be using them again.

Stay away.

Scammers, i have paid 160 pound and they cancelled my booking and nobody shows.
I sent emails, calls, complains but they never refund me.
I have all the email and evidence with me.
