Lovely, helpful service. Had a problem with a product they responded to and fixed quickly

I placed an order on 28th November and today (11th December) I am still waiting for my package. Apparently it was sent out on December 4th tracked Royal Mail 24 hr. Customer services do not have a phone number so contact is by email or message and although they say they respond in a few hours that is not my experience. I have messaged and emailed and eventually phoned their London shop and asked if they would message them, Today I had a response and it is due to it being a very busy time for the company and Royal Mail I should wait a bit longer and contact them again if the package doesn't arrive within seven working days. Goodness knows how they're to cope when the real Christmas rush begins! I just hope these chocolates are worth the wait and the shelf life is still in date if and when they eventually come. I should say that at the moment it does look to be a Royal Mail problem but customer services have just brushed it aside and made no attempt to help.

Prestat chocolate is worth waiting for but I didn't have to wait long. I had intended to collect in store actually but pressed the wrong button.

Delivery took too long. Large box costing £120 not delivered. Took many calls and emails to resolve and eventually they posted it with no explanation of what went wrong. Packaging poor and will never trust Evri.

The chocolates were tasty but 1/2 of them were stuck together like they were melted. I paid a lot of money to get them shipped to the USA. I think next time it’s best to buy them in the UK.

The box of chocolates were a birthday present for my daughter.
I thought that the packaging inside the box would be appropriate for the number of chocolates purchased. However, it just looked as though chocolates were missing. Also, there was no indication as to which chocolates the box contained. These issues were not made clear when ordering. I think the choose your own chocs is a great idea. But I was very disappointed with these as a gift due to the aforementioned reasons.

Lovely chocolates and the packaging is good. Make a good gift for Christmas 🎄.

The mint chocolates are discoloured I assume from heat. Packaging and speed of delivery was very good.

Seamless ordering, prompt shipping, and delectable products! My only bone to pick would be that the order could've come in a smaller box with less packaging material to save on wastage.

These chocolates are second to none. I first got these as a gift from someone. The flavours are unusual but delicious. Shame the box isn’t bigger. These are definitely not for sharing as there’s only one of each. Would definitely recommend you buy them & get a taste of heaven

Was really looking forward to giving my wife these "royal " treats ,but tbh I was so disappointed, I no the product was close to its sell by date but even so I didn't think it was that good , I have paid less for a nicer chocolate than these inc mainstream manufacturers, im glad I paid £21 and not £42 , I will not be a repeat customer

Awh I was so looking forward to these, they came a bit cloudy, as if the chocolate had been sitting around for a while, they were very sweet- I know it’s chocolate! But I like flavour texture adventure!
Sadly won’t be coming back! And the box decoration was dull not luxury enough- bring back the gold

I’ve had the gin and tonic truffles in the past , I’ve gifted them to my wife , she loved them and still has the free jute bag which came with them , the fizzy London gin truffles don’t taste fizzy , or of gin or lemon , around HUGE disappointment on her 34th wedding anniversary, they taste cheap which they were not , won’t be buying ever again

High quality dark chocolate Truffles. Great taste. Brilliant with a cup of coffee.
The only thing.. delivery was Expensive.
