Sent my rems mini press and jaws to be calibrated, thought they would have serviced the gun, which they didn't and then one of the jaws snapped to be told, they do that, luckily i found some where cheaper what supplies the jaws, i personally wouldn't use these again.

I have been plumbing for 20 years, always used solder. Ive seen press machines and the fittings and thought its an expensive change, why would i do that.
After a conversation with Mike from Press It he explained the benefits so we made the decision to invest.
Oh wow, are we happy we made the choice. The speed and simplicity, no more fumes, no more setting off fire alarms, no more flushing pipework and cylinders, no more hassle cause we have water in the pipe. The kit is of great quality, the service from start to finish has been superb. We chose to do a lease of the equipment over 3 years as we got discount on Peglar Yorkshire fittings as part of the deal. We worked out over 3 years we would save twice the amount that the press cost us just on fittings, let alone the free servicing and annual calibration that all press kits need. If you’re on the fence, do it, you wont regret it. Thank you Press It.

Good service and communication from this seller regarding dispatch and delivery. I shall be returning for servicing and calibration, and probably more fittings. Still getting used to the press machine , but am sure that it will prove to be a worthwhile investment

I knew nothing about Press fit at all until 4weeks ago, watching their you tube videos, then emailing and calling them i found everyone at PressIt uk really helpful.
I reordered some fittings today using the WhatsApp chat... i was sent a quote, then i clicked accept and it then emailed an invoice and once paid the fittings were dispatched the same day. Great service!

In my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. I sent my Novopress tool for repair over 16 months ago. Because it’s an expensive piece of equipment, I had the delivery tracked and confirmed it had arrived. However, I never received any email confirmation from the company.
After repeatedly calling for updates, I was eventually told they were waiting for parts from “Germany.” Two months later, I chased them again and received the same excuse. Honestly, I would have preferred if they had admitted they were too busy rather than giving what felt like a poor excuse.
I then requested for my tool to be returned, yet I am still waiting for it.
Overall, the communication has been terrible and the service extremely disappointing. Do not use this company.

Do t bother shopping around for the best price, just contact these guys on WhatsApp. They make it so easy and the price was the best I found as well.

Toss pots waited 4 weeks for any response then had some w ⚓️ from Ireland coming on strong with bs right tin pot company avoid. If it takes them 4 weeks to get back to you imagine if there are any issues down the line.

The staff at Press it were all knowing about the products on offer..sales and aftersales servicing were mentioned.
We bought the Novapress..great tool.
We are finding that we now do more press than we used to do........Its the way forward
