Quick efficient and reliable service with lovely products. Definitely worth recommending

Excellent shop. They were so helpful. When I wanted to exchange an item but didn’t know what to exchange it for, they gave me a credit code. Lovely products for sale.

Fast delivery, lovely item. Recommended!

Was looking for a red cardigan for ages and found one on line at Present in the Laine. Ordered it and a couple if other bits too. They came in 48 hours, beautifully packaged, with a handwritten note and are really special. Have immediately subscribed to the mailing list and will visit on my next trip to Brighton.

I ordered some gifts for a friend online and was delighted when they arrived, looking just as the website promised. This is fast becoming the first place I go to find the perfect little things for people! Everything is always beautiful and great quality! I also received brilliant communication from the shop over the delivery which was really appreciated.

I love shopping at Present in the Laine! The service is absolutely brilliant, and the products are just as wonderful. I’ve mainly bought clothing and it’s all been great quality and so unique and stylish.

My favourite independent shop in Brighton! Always smiley faces, always great service and always an abundance of carefully chosen special items. I absolutely love my jumper. And thank you for the extra special hand delivery during the holiday period. You guys are the best!

Needed to buy a scarf for my son which was high quality but not too expensive.Found the perfect scarf at Present in the Laines - trendy, high quality and very reasonably priced plus excellent customer service. Ended up buying myself a cap at the same time 😀. Whilst the shop will be closed now during the latest lockdown, i would urge people to purchase from the website as it is shops like this that make Brighton unique.

I had to get a refund for my purchase and a it was handled quickly and professionally.

A great range of unique gifts. Easy to use website. And when I collected them they were all beautifully wrapped so can go straight in the Christmas stockings!
