Wayne and Paul arrived to value my car. They were professional, friendly and respectful and offered a fair price after thorough inspection. Wayne was also helpful with other unfamiliar aspects of the paperwork.

Abs & Liam came to pick up the car, very good and good communicators commenting on every step.

Slightly disappointed the price paid wasn't the price quoted, especially as main reason related to a recall which is on the cost of the manufacturer. But the service was excellent from the team.

⚠️ PLEASE STAY AWAY - VERY MISLEADING EXPERIENCE

If you’re planning to sell your car, keep this company as your 5th option and try the other 4 first.

At first, they appear very professional and genuine. They review your photos and give you a very good valuation. They even claim they don’t offer inflated prices just to reduce them later.

But on the day of transfer, the story changes.

Despite valuing my car just one day earlier, they suddenly claimed the market price had dropped by around £1,000 - without even physically inspecting the car or anything changing with the vehicle.

By then, you may have already cancelled your insurance, parking permit etc and made arrangements for collection, putting you under pressure to accept their reduced offer.

This felt extremely misleading and unfair.

My strong advice: DO NOT rely on their initial valuation. Try every other option first and think very carefully before dealing with them.

I’m sharing my experience so others don’t fall into the same trap!!!

Great experience with the car buying team (Jason and Alan). They came out to inspect my car and carried out a very detailed and professional inspection. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and well explained from start to finish. The inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful, which made the experience stress-free. Excellent customer service overall, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their car.

Alan & Jason were a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately I felt slightly misled by the company who, despite me sending numerous photos, had not made them aware of the photos resulting in an embarrassing set of renegotiations.

Wayne was our initial contact and he arranged to view the car. Unfortunately there were issues on the motorway and he was unable to make it to us, however he kept us informed throughout the day and as promised arrived promptly the next day. Wayne and Ian both acted in a professional but friendly manner. Throughout their very thorough inspection they treated my car with utmost respect. We did decline their first offer but they came back and offered what we wanted as they knew the car was well worth it. The transaction of money was completed swiftly. I would recommend using this company but be realistic in your expectations of value and if you have anything to hide (which we didn’t) it will be uncovered. Wayne and Ian were a pleasure to deal with and an asset to their company
