You may not become rich but this is a genuine app. When I reach $5 I always withdraw my money via PayPal without any problems. Once did video interview with them and earned $20. Premise is legit

Spent the last 24hours trying to cash out. And failed everytime.
I've thought to come here and see recent reviewers are saying the same. NOT HAPPY.
these surveys are low paying to have reached the amount to claim the money I've earned and be told failed. Is poor very poor.
I'll be sticking with the others.

Dont waste your time its a scam. When you finally get enough money to cash out you cant, says cash out failed no matter how many times you try. Response from support is they are working hard to resolve their payment platform issues and have made it a top priority…yet its been at least a month and still isnt fixed, definitely not a top priority. Waste of time.

Not great, I have to say if you book a few jobs with them they will say they have paypal issues and tell you specific things to keep you waiting. I'd be careful with this company. I think they are just unorganised and a a bad company that you cannot trust.

This app won't make you Rich. However,a simple task Wich able to be done on your way to work everyday may help your expense of snacks.

Non ho mai avuto problemi con loro, fino a una settimana fa. Sono arrivata ad accumulare più di 8 € e l'accredito su paypal ha smesso di funzionare. Ho chiesto all'assistenza e mi è stato risposto che era una questione temporanea e che i miei soldi erano al sicuro, poi da ieri è sparita l'opzione di accredito con paypal, senza spiegazioni. Non mi sembra molto corretto.

Was good once. Now barely any surveys. They're longer, pay less and have 'screening' surveys (which are a scammy way to get a free survey done).
Also, payout by coinbase has 'failed' every day for 2 weeks now. No resolution from support.
I'll be deleting the app in a few days.

Update: I forgot to delete the app but no problem because they 'suspended my accpunt' likely for leaving a review, rather than addressing the issues they just delete you.

Why do they take so long to review the tasks and approve them? Someone gets off on making ppl wait days and weeks for a 20 cent task. They cant be THAT busy. The withdraw rate is too high and needs to be lower than what it is at the rate that they go about approving these tasks. That is ridiculous 😑

These people pay very low, and we can receive only one survey within 1 week, some times 2 could be received. They suspend my account and the money in my wollet was also looted. Totally wast of time.

They will make any excuse when you want to withdraw your profits to suspend your account.

Don't download or use, don't waste your time and efforts!

The app is a scam. When I hit the threshold to cash out I ran into constant 'temporary issue try again later'. When I contacted support under both 'cashout' and 'app issues' I received the identical message from two different 'people' asking for more information and no response when I provided the info.

Don't waste your time.

Premise gave me at least one survey per day worth 0.25p every single day until I got up too a few pence needed before I could cash out, which is £7.00.....then they completely stopped!! All I've had off of them for the last four weeks is a couple of 0.03p Surveys and loads of free ones lol...which I did in hope of getting more paid surveys enabling me to cash out, but I still had nothing! When I email them, they answer with the same spill every time...that they are given out when available and to keep refreshing the app...but they say that every time..soon I'm going to delete the app as I don't think I'm ever going to get that 0.53p to bring me up to £7.00....which is what they want of course!!! ☹️

They were great, nearly every day there was a survey that paid 25p, so you could get to the £7 cashout threshold after a month or so. But then in March '22 it all changed - no surveys, just tasks that involved going to the supermarket and taking photos of their prices. Then those disappeared too, so now there is nothing. I still need to earn £3 to cash out, which isn't going to happen I think. It's a pity, it used to be fabulous. My feeling is that they had capital behind them which has disappeared.

Edit: they started these tasks where you had to find own-brand products and photograph them from all sides, which I did just to cash out. But it felt too much like industrial espionage for me, so I took the money - that finally got me enough to cash out - and left.

The biggest scammers. Once I have reached the minimum withdrawal threshold and they reject any withdrawal attempt.It's been 10 days and I still can't withdraw my honestly earned money.. Also, the support does not answer me. I do not recommend these scammers.

I used to receive a lot of duplicate surveys. I enquired as to why I got the same ones every morning ... big mistake! I hardly get any now. I only need a few pence to cash out and it's taking ages. Will delete the app when I have enough to cash out.
