Following an earlier poor review following some issues, I am really pleased to update this review with great news. Unlike many other companies that do not honour their warranties, I am pleased to update that James/Tom at Premier Rooflines most certainly do.
I was contacted by Tom who apologised profusely for the lack of response - I’d been trying to contact James who was on a much needed holiday. Once they became aware of the problem, they arranged a date for repair and despite the horrendous weather today, James has visited, checked all work, making sure all was secure and adding extra securing screws where he felt it was necessary.
I am really pleased to be able to update with a positive review as James and Tom really do practice what they say!

Excellent professional approach with workmanship standards to match.
Neat and tidy with respect for the property and worked long hours to beat ever changing weather here in Wales.
Explained options throughout and met my high standards.
So pleased that I had them back for additional work.

Tom was fantastic. from the initial visit to receiving quotation was within 48 hours.
the work started on arranged date and only took Tom and his team 5 days to replace with old tired roof. All rubbish from the roof was disposed of and everything left nice and clean. This company was outstanding and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Reached out on Monday as we discovered a leak in our roof Sunday evening. Came out for a quote on Tuesday and sent it over in an email. Did a proper inspection of the property to determine the issue. They were going to come out on the Friday to fix it, but cancelled due to sickness and rearranged for the Monday. Very quick to reply, great communication and the job was done fast, and left driveway clean. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed!

I received first class service, on calling the company on 19th , Tom came up the same day and told what was needed gave me a quote which was acceptable. Came up next day and job done.

James Wilson and his team of skilled professionals kept us informed, were timely, polite, helpful and did an excellent job of removing all the existing and replacing our gutters, fascia’s, soffits downpipes etc. with top quality product and removing all the old stuff! I couldn’t have booked a better company for the work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for similar work done all in two days! Thank you very much

Brilliant! James Wilson and his team were proper gentlemen. They went the extra mile to get everything right. The high specification fascias, soffits, barge boards all fitted correctly with knowledge, skill and expertise from many years of family roofing experience. Very focused, friendly, polite, took the time to listen patiently to my concerns and answered my questions well, with clarity and knowledge. Explained clearly what, how, who and when as the job progressed. Finished on time. James gave me a lot of time and knowledge. Excellent job. Excellent modern equipment and walkboards. I am very pleased with the work from premier gutters they were very quick and nothing was too much trouble they arranged for the electrician to come and do the lights in the soffits, really exceptional work and would highly recommend.

Made a great job of my roof friendly and easy to talk too kept everything tidy would highly recommend
