Great service from Premier Pool Care! Professional, reliable, and friendly. Highly recommend! 🙌

Fantastic company, very responsive and professional

Always so helpful and experts at what they do, thank you Rick and all the team.

Aimee, Rick and the team have been exemplary throughout this summer season.

Premier Pool Care took over from our unreliable previous manager. Seamless transition, responsive, prompt and professional service in particular whenever issues arose.

Without hesitation we would recommend PPC and we intend to continue with them going forward.

Thank you for a fantastic experience. It was very easy & straightforward from start to finish with no hidden costs. The end result is superb we are very happy & would highly recommend the company. Thanks again.

Great service from Ricky, always reliable and helpful, and lovely customer service from Aimee too. Definitely recommend.

Bill and his team were amazing. They fitted an air heat source pump for me as an alternative method of heating my pool. They also changed the filter media whilst at the property. From the quote to the completion of works I cannot fault their efficiency and quality of work. Thank you. It’s so good to deal with such a professional outfit.

Using Premier Pool Care for our ongoing pool maintenance, as we all as repair works when needed. Great service, very professional and helpful.

Very professional, always come when promised. My pool
Looks beautiful

Fantastic company with a fantastic team. Always responsive, practical and helpful. Rick and team are super reliable and communicative, helping us deal with and manage a trick inherited pool.

We have received a great service since moving into our new house with a pool. They have made pool ownership stress free and given us confidence that all is good and allow us to enjoy our pool.

First class service, excellent communication and support. used for several years now.

Very happy with the excellent service and keeping the pool fabulous for me and all the family.

We had a brilliant experience with the team at Premier Pool Care, who renovated our pool, installed a new pump and heater, and organised a new lining and cover. Our pool now looks fantastic and is far more efficient. The team also provides an excellent maintenance service. We would highly recommend them.

I'm so impressed! These guys are professional, reliable and polite. After chasing a local company for years to help renovate our pool with no response, Premier Pool Care came to the rescue. They were very responsive, they replied to emails, they turned up when they said they would, and got the job done with minimal fuss. I wish all companies were like them. I would highly recommend them! A*

We are new customers, but we would like to say how impressed we have been with the friendly team at Premier Pool Care.
We had been having a Summer of issues which remained unresolved with a previous company, but with Premiers care and knowledge, they were easily resolved on the first visit, which has given us great confidence.
We particularly like that we pay for six visits in advance which will be tailored to our needs, this for us is perfect.
Thank you for looking after our pool enabling us to enjoy the rest of the summer with piece of mind

We have had Premier Pool Cleaners for a few years now, and I can honestly say what a great company, fully trustworthy personnel, and great at there work. Would highly recommend.

Bill and his team are outstanding, Bill has been looking after our pool for quite some time, and there is no-one else that I would go to for maintenance or repairs.

Our house came with an old pool, and over time, Bill has substantially refurbished it - we have a new pump, filter and heating, new pipework, new skimmer, etc. as required (much of the set-up was nearly 20 years old) - Bill has also opened and closed it for many seasons, and has maintained it.

Bill is particularly good at giving you a range of options and working with you to assess your needs, regardless of your level of knowledge - we recently had a failure of some very old underground pipes, he came up with three solutions at three different price points, all of which were clear and made sense. Bill is also a really pleasant guy and easy to deal with, and his prices are fair.

I don’t give 5 stars very often but I really feel like Bill and his team at Premier Pool Care deserve it. They have never let us down. They go above and beyond to help with issues that arise like the time we were having a wedding at our house. Bill sent two lovely guys over and they got the pool up and running for our guests. It looked amazing! Another time some workers broke a pipe to the pool. Bill sourced the hard to find pipe and fitted perfectly and quickly.
If you are looking for a company to care for your pool choose Premier Pool Care. They certainly are premier and they really do care.
