Intentionally doctored water filter sent
Not good.
I ordered a very special .2 micron water filter.
The .# was actually scratched or chipped off and the label was actually intentionally doctored to make it look like it was the .2 micron.
I suspect it was a .5 micron doctored to be a .2.
Pretty upset about being intentionally cheated like this.

Top of the line system!
We are amazed at how this system removes the elements from our water that causes unpleasant tastes. Our water is now just good, pure water without any unwanted flavor. We are especially happy about the system's ability to filter out all the contaminants that could be in our water supply.

I still don't understand why there are…
I still don't understand why there are air bubbles in the water line. Other than that everything went as promised.

I have emailed you directly too - to get rid of air bubbles in the water line, run the water for a few minutes. This will flush out the air bubbles and you’ll be air-bubble free.

Need parts to connect filter with faucet.
I wasn't able to hold long enough to ask someone how to connect the water filter to the faucet. I didn't find the connector pieces on the website and don't know what parts to get to connect the two so I can use the filter.

After much research on filtration…great system!
After much research on filtration systems, I purchased the ultra membrane system. Any questions I had were quickly resolved with a follow up phone call. Their contacting me to answer my questions was one of the main reasons for choosing Premier sales. The product is functioning beautifully! Will update in the future when we retest our water.
