All parts fit well and there was an extra here and there just in case! That is being thoughtful!!!
The product was solid.

The Weather Tech under sink mats were a perfect fit. Fast shipping and a quality product.

The two rugs were shipped quickly and packaged securely. This product will help me stay/stand in the kitchen more on those special holidays when I bake and cook.

PreferredLiving has quality products that are difficult, if not impossible, to find elsewhere.

This is the first time for me to buy anything from the company. I love the hat, feels nice on my head and is soft. I would recommend the company.

Order received on a timely basis & those items purchased were as advertised. That said, true test & level of satisfaction, I will leave to my Grandson! 😀

Improve your delivery service - I ordered in July and have kept getting one updated delivery notice after the other, not not due til September

Purchase was shipped quickly and was securely packed. It arrived in good shape. Merchandise was exactly as described. This company sent a catalog of other items which they carry.

Have not yet received the item I ordered.

Liked the selection of items available online. I found an item that looked terrific on the website. But the pictures did not truly reflect the fit and finish of the item in comparison to what I received. My item's workmanship was marginal in comparison. The website did not show nor describe these anomalies and when I called to question my item I was told that it was received in normal condition and had no defects!!! I was told that they would attempt to update the website to reflect the construction characteristics and improve photos and description.
Although I was offered to return it at my cost and trouble when I pressed the return shipping I was offered a return shipping label.
I decided to keep the item but was disappointed that I discovered all of this after purchasing and receiving item. Given this experience I would be unlikely to order other items that could ave similar issues.

Nice product (real wood)
Shipped and delivered quickly

Quality product and timely delivery.

Product was as described on the website; arrived on time with daily tracing updates. Quality hinged teak fencing to conceal a propane tank in our back yard.

Website was easy to manage. The sleeping wedge was the perfect item I needed. Love the fact that the cover can be removed and easily cleaned!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Solid products, reasonable pricing

This company has always had great product and customer service through the years I've been a customer. Great job.
