I can't recommend Pravins highly enough, especially Elin, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process.

From my initial enquiry, she's been incredibly friendly, patient and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it.

I wanted something really special and personal for my wife, and Elin has gone above and beyond to help make that happen, including arranging for the stones to be set in my preferred order.

Nothing has been too much trouble, and I've never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.

It's been a genuinely lovely experience from start to finish, and I'm really grateful to Elin for all her help, patience and attention to detail.

Was greeted on entering shop no pressure showed us what we wanted see offered us a drink and emailed a summary of what we saw and tried on very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the product

Myself and my partner were greeted by Shannon, who was super attentive to us and what we were after. Shannon was great with understanding what we were looking for and what my partner wanted in a ring. Her attention to detail, professionalism and kindness was something you do not see very often these days.
We even went back the next day to make sure we knew the correct size and Shannon again greeted us with such a warm welcome.
Really impressed with the service of the staff there and the ring selection is beautiful.

Well laid out shop and stock well presented.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Very courteous and offered us seats and drinks.
Took time to show us different styles/sizes etc (Necklace for my Wife).
Eventual purchase was beautifully packed in presentation box and gift wrapped - and even provided a courtesy clean for my Wife's wedding ring while we waited!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Pravins in Reading, and especially Emma.

I was looking for something really special for my wife Emily for our 10th wedding anniversary and Emma was brilliant from start to finish. She helped me choose a beautiful 1.50ct oval Tsavorite ring with diamond surround, along with an 18ct yellow gold diamond half-eternity band to go with it.

I’d originally been considering an emerald, but Emma recommended the Tsavorite and I’m so glad she did. The green absolutely pops, especially in the light, and with the diamonds surrounding it and the diamond band alongside it, it looks incredible.

Emma even managed to work out Emily’s ring size from a photo I showed her 😂. I was slightly nervous about that one, but when I gave Emily the rings in Italy they fitted perfectly!

Most importantly, Emily absolutely loves them. She keeps catching herself staring at the ring throughout the day 😂 and has already had so many compliments on it.

Emma was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right rings rather than just making a sale. She helped make our 10th anniversary that little bit more special.

I’ve already recommended Emma and Pravins to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back.

I found the experience very relaxing, The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable to what I was looking for. I did not find that I was being pressured at any time during the purchase.
