Unhelpful and poor communication
I explained clearly to PRA Group that I am unemployed and unable to pay, but they continued to pursue me and even pushed for court action on a small debt. They ignored token payments I offered in the past and now send replies in email formats I can’t even open. Very stressful and unhelpful experience — communication is poor and not customer-friendly.

Got a call from sue who was lovely
Got a call from sue who was lovely, professional and non judgmental. She was very warm and made me feel instantly comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable and awkward conversation, she spoke through all my options and found a solution that worked best for me. What an asset to the team and glad it was sue on the other end of the line. Thank you.

Bad credit card
I recently got myself in a bit of bother with a credit company leaving me with a big debt that I couldn't pay , pra group reached out to me offered flexible way of pay this debt with no added pressure absolutely brilliant company the debt is now clear and the pressure is off , brilliant guys keep up the good work .

Data scammers.
As far as I'm concerned your after my personal data, i cant give you personal data due to data protection, as you lot have a habit of selling private information. Any problems if you truly believe i owe anything from what ever century you think this comes from then please take it to court.

Stop calling me
Got a new phone and the first call is from this bunch of clowns asking about some debt that is clearly a matter from the previous user of the phone number I now have.
No way to resolve since they expect me to call them and they'll probably want all sorts of personal information I'm not willing to give them. Remove my number from your call list, it is a new number today and I don't have any debts.
In response to your obviously robot reply: I __don't have__ an account with you. You have started spamming me with calls since I got a new phone number. I am not giving an obviously dodgy company any personal information of mine so you can fabricate an account. STOP SPAMMING ME WITH CALLS. I DO NOT HAVE ANY DEBT. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY DEBT.

Fantastic company
Being in debt is horrible and sometimes scary when debt collection agencies contact you. PAR Group are so different, don't avoid them, they really do want to help. Just had the best experience with Kyle....Top class company👌🏽

Descent Debtors, Sarah is a star.
Sarah - is a star, lovely lady and very accommodating. I've been dealing with these guys for a while, to be honest I've had a fair few calls with other companies that are not good at all - but these lot have always been very descent, so I can't give them a bad rep.

Flexible & understanding to match a suitable repayment plan to clear debt.
Online chat facility was good. Claire was efficient and kind. She asked suitable questions and promptly processed my repayment plan renewal. The chat facility has upgraded the experience, as navigating the PRA website before was somewhat frustrating. Good to know website is moving forward in that sense. Thanks.
