I have ordered several bags from Pragmastyle. I enjoy each and every one of them and use them on a daily basis. The only one I don't have is the crossbody wallet bag! I plan on getting it next. I'm sorry to see the business closing!

This is such a PERFECT handbag, pockets upon pockets, big space for your belongings, purchases, what have you and truly, easily changes from a shoulder / arm bag to backpack, and I have have had numerous compliments on the look!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

Never received the bag as it was delivered to wrong address. When I contacted customer service the response was it got delivered. I had asked for replacement or refund.....and in further attempts to reach them- no response.

I absolutely love my Pragmastyle bags. I’m a school nurse, and I use both the Shift Tote and the Versalite every single day — they’ve truly become part of my routine.

The Shift Tote is my work bag and carries all of my tech and daily essentials. It fits everything I need while still looking professional and structured — never bulky or overstuffed. The quality is outstanding. The materials feel durable enough for long, active days, but still polished and thoughtfully designed.

The Versalite is my everyday purse, and it’s the perfect complement to the tote. It’s lightweight, practical, and incredibly versatile. I’m constantly on the move throughout the school day, and I love that both bags can be carried four different ways. Being able to switch between shoulder, crossbody, and handheld depending on what I’m doing makes a real difference when your day doesn’t involve much sitting still.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I’d love to see more color options offered, and double-pull zippers would make access even easier. I also wish the water bottle holder accommodated larger cups — hydration is essential during a full school day, and my 40 oz Stanley doesn’t quite fit. Even my 14 oz coffee bottle is a snug fit. A slightly roomier holder would make these bags absolutely perfect.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both bags. They’re high-quality, functional, and clearly designed with real life in mind. I rely on them daily and would absolutely recommend them.

It took weeks to get my bag. The zipper pulls are very small and difficult to manage. The bag is heavy and uncomfortable. The reviews i read prior to purchasing the bag were mostly positive and now there are alot of unhappy customers. I thought i was buying a canadian product. Very disappointed 😞 with that as well. Tiny compartments that do not hold that i need to carry. Very expensive, even with the discount offered.

The bag is nicely made; however I have other bags I prefer. I went to the website and followed instructions to arrange for a return. I sent 2 or 3 emails and have received no response, and have no way of knowing how to return for a refund. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I would not order from them again.

Bag is JUNK! Too heavy even when empty. Zippers work so hard it’s almost impossible to open. There was a defect (hole) in bag. The luggage strap is too narrow to fit over a suitcase handle. Customer service never responded to my email. Don’t order from this company.

I do not like this bag. and I've trying to return it - we only have a 30 day return window and so far they - Pragmastyl - has not replied to my multiple emails to return. It's like they are going to ghost me until the 30 days is over.

As for the bag - there is no room for anything that doesn't go in a pocket -

I found them that they are quality products and with affordable prices. Their design are trendy and appealing. Most importantly, they can meet my needs in daily life.

I returned my bag and never received my refund. I never received a response to any of my emails and the phone number is disconnected. very poor customer service.

The quality of these products are top notch. The material have a beautiful feel and appear durable. The zips, pulls and snap closures are all of metal and are heavy duty. They have thought of everything. The added straps to make each bag a 3 in 1 for style and versatility. The dimensions of these bags are within the guidelines for a personal items for air travel. This along with all the extra pockets and cubbies allows it to carry a lot of stuff neatly organized. Highly recommend.

I love my nurse tote ! The price was right and I got multi purchase discounts. I plan on giving a few as gifts this year. The bag is practical and easy to clean. It has many pockets. I love my Converta as well it is a simple fun bag with different colors and pockets. I will order again!

I ordered some bags almost a month ago and they still haven't arrived...I have tried on numerous occasions to get in touch with this company and so far I have been totally ignored....no answer, no acknowledgement...discusting behaviour from what increasingly looks like a shady company

I ordered a bag. It was almost $70. I’ve never opened it. I need to return it because my back is hurting and I can’t carry it but of course I only ordered it a week ago, but they won’t accept it back because they’re closing because they’re going out of business well they shouldn’t let me buy the bag in the first place or they should’ve told me it’s all sales are final. We are going bankrupt and closing. Or for whatever reason they’re closing, but they won’t let me return the bag and it’s very discouraging.

I love that the bags are made by nurses for nurses as they know what we need in a bag. Delivery was fast and the bag out ways all my expectations. Thank you. This is my second bag by Pragma style and I've loved both but this one is way better than my last but I will interchange them off and on.

I got the new Shift Tote; I love the amount of pockets! I just honestly wish the interior was wider/deeper. It’s hard to pack the inside in all the pockets and still expect stuff to fit inside.. I can’t even put a box of gloves inside (and I have to working different facilities and using my own gloves) without having to sacrifice certain items, that would all fit inside a regular backpack. Material, everything else about it is cute, sturdy.. just not deep/wide enough inside. It’s very limited to filling interior pockets, hard to fill pockets and put the bottles inside the pockets and also to use the cup holders outside. So it’s a lot of sacrifices with this bag.. make it deeper/wider and a little more flexible towards the base to expand more, I think would be awesome.

Delivery was about a week: from PA to PA should have took like 3 days. But meh. It’s expected using DHL to USPS.

I wish I could return it after realizing that I can’t fit everything in it but it is what it is.

I do like the bag a lot. However, the arm straps are unraveling and I don't even use them very much. That part I'm pretty disappointed in.

I really like the bag, it would be nice if the backpack straps would have clips to complete remove like the crossbody strap.

I am not really happy with the bag. My water bottle does not stay in the pocket. If fell out twice when I was using it. I am also not happy that I had to pay duties on a bag I thought was coming from Montreal. Not worth the money I paid.
