New medical start up business
I am unfortunately not computer savvy and the ONLY way you can move forward w/ using this site is by "watching this link", or learn by YOU TUBE. I did a zoom "getting set up" and she spoke so quickly for 30 min and again the language is so esoteric. IF you don't understand computers well then you may as well be speaking another language. ALL you can get is an AI BOT with which to communicate. I am so frustrated. And when Miss Bot said she could get me a human.... well .... that was about a lie too. I left my emails , my phone number and they set a time for me. I sat by my phone and did not get a call. And they let you know you will ONLY get 15 min from them. Well they did not call and I went to email them again only to find they had emailed me again ... "I see we missed our call" and that I was supposed to go to a Zoom link to talk w/ them. WHY didn't they tell me in the first e-mails I would not be getting a physical phone call and the communication would be via zoom. AGAIN... IF one is not computer savvy aren't they assuming you would know how to even zoom!!!!! I can't stand NOT having any physical customer service number and wish I had never signed up for this seemingly recommended site. This is ONLY for those already computer smart.
