Changed there name from black box to platinum park homes about 8 years ago.Lost my guarantee cos they closed down black box. Render came off walls guttering leaked from day one,came back after constantly phoning was there 10 minutes then left without even testing, continued leaking had to get another firm to stop leaks.Guttering all cut to short wrong fittings on down pipes. Got to pay get whole place re done. I was told to clean walls with pressure washer but render so thin it blew lumps off of it,have photos to prove.My wife and I are in late 60s and now got to find money to put it all right.

Cannot recommend Platinum Park Home Services highly enough. We contacted them to help with renovations of a park home that was in probate and in desperate need of some TLC. Sam was so helpful from the start, offering really helpful, practical advice when planning the work to make the most of our budget. We decided to change the layout and were thrilled with the result. Platinum took down walls to expand and totally refit the bathroom and enlarge the bedroom. They also evaluated the overall condition of the property and carried out chassis maintenance and replacement of the struts. Anthony and Nandor were brilliant and carried out the work to a really high standard. Amy in the office was so friendly and kind, keeping us updated every step of the way. Overall we were absolutely thrilled with the result and with the professional service provided by the Platinum team. Thank you!

I recently contacted PPHS with regard to installing EWI to my park home. Nice friendly emails bounced back and forth. Photos were requested and sent, address provided and I was informed that the surveyor would be in touch to discuss the project. It turns out that their promise of nationwide service doesn't include Cornwall. I'm not too sure when my county was annexed from the UK. Regardless of their misleading claim that they are a nationwide company, they most certainly are not. Makes you wonder what other false claims they are making.

People should be aware of platinum as they used to be black box, they did a lot of bad work and had to change there name. My mum had her park home insulated by platinum/black box and the work was really bad, done in the rain trapping in moisture that has now caused mould to come through. Terrible company.

Just had our bathroom completed refitted.
Amazing transformation carried out by Anthony. Prompt,efficient and oh so pleasant. Fully trustworthy, had to be as we left the property for 4 days.

I am writing this on behalf of my sister Carolyn Pearce. I am so pleased with the work done by this company. The admin staff kept me up to date with what was happening at all times. When the workmen came to do the insulation to my mobile home, they arrived on time, were very pleasant and I could not believed how hard they worked. They then cleaned every scrap of rubbish and swept every inch of the paved area. They hardly stopped and did a superb job. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Team Eve were absolutely faultless, working tirelessly and to the highest standard.They really went above and beyond, always ready to answer questions, give advice and the results are so fantastically perfect.There was no fuss, no mess, just good honest professionalism.I really felt I was putting my home in the best possible hands.Thank you!

Team Tyby were very professional, friendly and worked really hard through out the day. No coffee breaks or lunch just worked on until the job was finished. They left my home and garden as if they had never been there. So happy with the work and I can not praise them enough.

The whole process was stress free and efficient.
The sales team was very informative of the process and the stages of payments. The team who worked on my home were excellent . Really hard working , polite and very considerate. They walked me around the property on completion and talked me through all the work done and all the rubbish was cleared and the garden was left as they found it.Invoices for payment were sent out very efficiently and I think the whole estimate, job and payments were completed in about 6 weeks .
Would definitely recommend the company to anyone I know.

We have just had our property on the Isle of Wight insulated by Platinum. The quality of the work was second to non. The office staff were always helpful. The three men were excellent. Would recommend this company anytime.

Tibi and his team (Tibi, Sebi & Gabriel) have just finished fitting external and underfloor insulation to our park home.
The quality of the workmanship was excellent. They were very hardworking and really seemed to take a pride in their work. They were very friendly, clean and tidy and completely cleared up at the end of each day's work. Other residents on our site, who are also about to have the same work done, have looked at the finished job and are equally impressed, especially compared with other properties on site who used a different company.
The girls in the office are also a delight to deal with, always happy, friendly and very helpful so full marks to Charlotte and Paige.
All in all a company I would fully recommend.

External Insulation Works carried out at our Park Home during the inclement weather of December/January. The install crew had to journey to us in Shropshire three times to finish the project. The quality of workmanship is first class in contrast to the competition that has carried out similar work on this site over recent years.
We are pleased to enjoy the benefits of warmth and reduced outside noise.
The office staff also deserve praise for excellence in keeping us informed.

We have just had our park home on st Herman’s caravan estate,we can not praise this company enough,from the initial survey to the finish the employees office staff especially tawney who kept us informed constantly ,as to when and what was going to happen letting us know when workers would be arriving to start,asking us if we have any issues,which we did not,the staff that worked on our home,were extremely helpful,cleaning up any mess,that they made at the end of the day,they were so polite helpful and efficient,we would recommend this company to anyone who would listen to us
