Bait and switch. Make sure you understand the limited service you are getting for a whopping CAD$350. They went through a 2 page agreement and provided a bunch of comments identifying issues, with ZERO recommendations on how to address in the document, and after listing all that, you get the 'if you want us to fix it for you, pay another CAD$600....' Unbelievable. THIS IS A 2 PAGE LOAN AGREEMENT!!!! Zero stars not an option so 1 star it is. DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE.

I hired Loft Legal to review a partnership agreements for my futures trading company. They did a very good job on the front end. However when I was attempting to pay the attorney online on Loft's home page it was not recognizing my email which it had recognized before with regularity. It was a glitch on Loft's end. They said that they would process my payment manually to which I was willing to do. However when I pressed them as to how the attorney was going to get back to me on my file if Loft twas unable to recognize my email. Their representative became upset and sent me a text that I was rude and that their company ceasing all dealings with me immediately. I have already established an attorney client relationship with the attorney that they provided yet they still will not respond. Time is of the essence on this transaction and I can prove significant damages by what they are doing. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, and both the California and Arizona Bar as well as hiring an attorney to seek damages. I am a former business Executive VP of a public entertainment company and it's second largest shareholder. I have give Loft the opportunity to respond. Damages will be approximately $3,000 per day.

I took a leap of faith and hired them. Glad I did. The lawyer thoroughly reviewed my employer's contract FAST. They told me the significance (meaning and the consequences to my life) and made line-by-line recommendations for how to deal with the contract. It was only $200. I consider it a fantastic service. ... I went back for a more personal matter and the lawyer again was quick to review and provide a LOT OF VERY USEFUL ADVICE THAT I COULD USE RIGHT AWAY (courses of action to take, options, who I could hire to help based upon my situation). That was only $100.
NO appointments, NO driving ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! .... I use the non-live option. You CAN make an appointment and talk with them also.
