je suis contente les paquets sont…arrives rapidement
Je suis contente. Les paquets sont arrivés rapidement, mais un peu deformees à cause du carton. J'ai trouvé beaucoup de sachets plastiques inutiles pour chaque 25 pièces, et la commande n'est pas tout à fait bien fait .. jai eu une dizaine des paquets sans valve. :/

Informations mensongères, mauvaise qualité, pas de prise de responsabilité
Je déconseille très fortement ce fournisseur.
1°) La qualité est instable d'une livraison à l'autre et le fournisseur n'en prend pas sa part de responsabilité, rebasculant le problème sur moi. Nous avons correctement homologué le produit avant de lancer la 1ere production - selon le fournisseur il faudrait que je refasse les tests de vieillissement sur cette même référence avant toute nouvelle production - une aberration !
2) Les informations indiquées sur le site internet sont mensongères puisqu'il est indiqué " Conçus pour les produits alimentaires et non alimentaires" sans plus de précisions alors qu'en fait je découvre peu à peu à mes dépends que ces sachets ne sont pas compatibles avec (notamment ! ) l'huile ni avec les fruits à coque, ni avec avec les graines ...
3°) Tout cela a largement perturbé mes opérations de production. J'ai demandé au fournisseur un simple remboursement de ces sachets (sans lui imputer ni le vrac perdu ni la main d'oeuvre gachée). Il a refusé, ne proposant qu'un avoir symbolique, et se justifiant par le fait que le problème est chez moi. C'est pourtant bien lui qui est responsable et il ne l'entend pas.
--> je décommande donc fortement
