Hardware for banners

We ordered hardware for our banners based on specs on site. The banners did not fit properly to size. We are are analyzing now if we actually received the correct item.

High quality, but

High quality, but threading the knobs through the metal stand to build it was tough! The threads kept crossing.

The staff was great and customer…

The staff was great and customer service, turn around time was very good. I would have given five stars but I expected grommets all across the top of my banner...not sure what happened there... the picture showed on the page showed it that way and I ordered with grommets...there were only four (one in each corner) the banner just doesn't hang as well that way... otherwise I am very pleased with my product.

Banner Never Arrived for the Event

I ordered the banner stand 1 and 1/2 weeks before the event. I was told that it would not be delivered until the start day of the event, which I was fine with - paying the necessary upgrade in shipping in order to make it there in time. Well, after being told it would ship and arrive day-of the event starting, it never appeared. The whole show began and ended without seeing the banner. I then called them to discover it didn't even go out when they told me it would. They then shipped it that day and arrived the following day. Two days past the end of the event it was needed for. If ordering again, I would make sure I have 3 weeks of lead-time.

Hand Dispenser

The touch less dispenser is up and being used at my front door now that we have a new normal. Myself and my guests appreciate the added protection. It looks fine I think it was worth the money. I would recommend it !

I love our new hand sanitizing station

I love our new hand sanitizing station. We have placed it right in the front of our store, as you walk in the door. It was easy to assemble, and reminds our customers to sanitize their hands as they enter.

Bad service, shipped late and wrong size pole sent for order

Really not sure what is going on with quality control at Post Up Stand but this last experience has been bad. Here is my experience:

1. I was told via email my order would ship 9/1. This did not happen and I had to repeatedly send emails to find out the status.
2. I was then told it would ship 9/10 and that it would be expedited to arrive as required. That did not happen.
3. It did not ship until 09/15 (past the date needed for an event).
4. It finally arrived today but with the wrong size pole for the retractable banner so it cannot be used until you send the correct size pole for the 47” w x 40” h retractable banner (the pole that was sent with order is 6’ 10” and will not work for the 47” w x 40” h retractable banner we ordered).

So, I was lied to two times about it shipping and never given a reason for it, it arrived past the event date, and it arrived with the wrong size pole so it cannot be used until correct size pole is sent. And I have never been given a reason for any of it. I have previously ordered items from Post Up Stand but this really has me rethinking on future orders.

I placed my order on August 4th (20…

I placed my order on August 4th (20 days ago) and when I track my order it states the status of the order is "Processing". I have received no notification indicating that the items are on back order or any other information. Now I get a survey request. I am so fed up with these surveys. If companies understood what good customer service is we wouldn't need all of these surveys.

Dont rely on design team

I'm still waiting for them to finish. Even the most simple design layout changes take a minimum of 72 hours and often times longer to hear back on. Even though my last request was to enlarge a simple anchor logo by 10% I made that request four days ago.

Quality + Shipping FIVE stars!

I don’t ever write reviews, but I had too for this one! I received my batch of coasters and I must say the quality is AMAZING! I thought it was going to be a basic 4x4 cardboard coasters that you use at bars. Also, the shipping was fast! I highly recommend this and I will be placing more orders in the future. Customer service

Customer service, Ordering, approval and delivery were all excellent. Finished product graphic was not centered on all coasters. 1/2 were off by 1/4".

Customer Service is On Point and Products are Beautiful!

We, Payroll Vault, recently placed an order for the first time with this PostUp Stand and we had an excellent experience.

PostUp Stand's customer service Team was very responsive. While performing our due diligence, I made several calls for questions about the product that I could not locate the information for,and each time, someone picked up the phone and answered. If they couldn't find the answer right then, which I believe was only once, they promptly followed up with the information.

The sales process was easy. The artwork upload process was easy. They addressed all questions, concerns, and were always nice and pleasant.

The product arrived and the graphics are beautiful! The backlit column is very easy to construct - easy enough for one, but better with two. Payroll Vault will be ordering more columns from PostUp Stand and we highly recommend them for your tradeshow needs.

Sign look great

Sign look great. I was surprised to see that the larger sign , 2 - 6 foot corrugated opening was on the end of the sign instead of the bottom - so that I can use stands to insert in and put in ground ( as with other smaller yard signs) I have to figure out a way to display sign outside.
