EXCELLENT SUPPORT! Not only an excellent Social Media handler but impressed with the Support as well. Very kind and nice support staff. A go to stop for your Facebook handle. No doubt it increases your store's visibility.

I've been using Post Planner for several years and find it's a very valuable tool. After recently migrating to the newest version of their app, I encountered what turned out to be a minor issue. Why minor? Because the support team, in particular Josh, went the extra mile to very quickly fix the issue. Great app and great support!

I like this service! It allows me to post 3-4 times a day without having to create each one of those posts from scratch. I re-purpose content that did well and schedule it over a 2-3 month period.

I have had the pleasure of working with Josh on chat yesterday. He was a tremendous help and showed that Post Planner is interested in customer care. I have been with Post Planner for quite a few years. Joshua at Post Planner is one of the BEST they have. (well I mainly have worked with him-so this isn't putting down anyone else). I love the ease of Post Planner and they just keep getting better!
I also can attest that using this app has definitely increased engagement and likes on my Facebook page especially. Thank you guys for being Terrific! And here is to another 2 years.

I am still new to Post Planner, but everything has been great so far. I ran into a weird glitch where my folders of photos disappeared. I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond, give me details of what they could see and find a solution to the problem. I look forward to continuing my use of the program!

I used them for a few years and was happy with the software and customer service and the posting it did for us. I changed businesses and was easy to downgrade when needed. I am very happy with them and will use them again when I need it.

Excellent customer service, for one and an awesome app as well. I can post relevant content that's already popular, plus post and schedule my own content. This is the only content scheduler I've used for the last 5 years.

So much better than Buffer and Hootsuite. For one, easy to use. For two, the ability to find relevant and highly-engaged content right in the app, AND to save my favorite or most used streams and sources for later access is far and away the best thing ever! It’s not without a glitch here and there, but their customer support is bar none and go above and beyond. I’ve recommended to MANY people as an alternative to the more well-known platforms.

Post Planner is a great tool for content creation across many subjects for social media! They are very responsive with any issues I have had and I highly recommend them!

Postplanner is very easy to use and focus on essential feeds on what's people appreciate the most (Facebook and Twitter). It's really helping me to gather more content and discover new ideas for my own audience.
And it's clear : soooo important to not having many buttons and options to discourage you (like in other apps) to curate. I appreciate the branding and mindset of the team too!
