I have not received my poster so I can’t give you an honest review , very disappointed , the courier says it will be here tomorrow that is after 2 rescheduled dates so we wait and see,

I'm very pleased with product and service

It was a a bit damaged on one of the corners, unfortunately these things happen especially on a long journey from Germany to ireland. Customer service contacted me to rectify the situation, really impressed with the way they handled it, great to see a company that goes out of its way to help its customers and resolve any issues, ten out of ten.

Damaged products
The package is a cardboard envelope that isn't rigid enough and doesn't have any internal protection to prevent the posters from crumpling. As it was delivered crumpled with a strong bend, all the posters were damaged. It's not just the carrier's fault, it's also your fault for not using proper packaging. That was a very frustrating experience and a waste of money.

Very good quality poster but the…
Very good quality poster but the packaging was not strong enough which meant the poster surface cracked in a number of places.
Just to update: Posterlounge were very responsive and have delivered a replacement poster. In summary; Great poster, great service, I will definitely order with posterlounge again.

The picture is vibrant and the frame suits well, but the top part of the picture was cut off, altering the effect of the image, which is a little disappointing.

Outstanding Customer Service
My posters were unfortunately completely crushed in transit, and while this was not the fault of poster lounge, their response was absolutely outstanding. I reached out to the customer service straight away via email with pictures of the damage and got a very timely response to say that replacement posters were being dispatched immediately.
