Bad customer service
I ordered a poster and frame but accidently ordered 2 of the same poster I have explained this to customer service asking for a return label which eventually they sent but when I took this to the post office to return the lady behind the counter could not find the Q R code noether the word print so totally unable to return this poster when I explained this they resent me exactly the same return label with no QR code I also tried to call them from a land line no such number I also tried my mobile but again nothing just beware anyone wanting too return anything to this company who are based in Germany they have no clue of what customer service is I certainly would never use this company again and write this to warn anyone who is thinking of using them. 8

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been when you were unable to return the duplicate poster despite contacting our customer service.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to contact you further, as we could not identify your order based on the information provided in your review. We also reached out to you via Trustpilot to request additional details but did not receive a response.
We would also like to clarify that, we are currently unable to provide QR codes for our return labels if the item is being sent internationally. We specifically offer a 100-day returns policy to give our customers plenty of time to find a solution for printing the label. We also accept returns that are not sent to us with our labels, in order to make the returns process easier
We apologise if this caused any confusion or inconvenience.
We also regret that you experienced difficulties reaching us by phone. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
