My first time using posterlounge. Very pleased with picture....la dolce vita. Chose acrylic covered as it's in my kitchen and easier to wipe clean. Arrived earlier than expected. Will definitely use again

No contents in package
After weeks of waiting for my poster, DHL informs me that there was no contents inside of the packaging! I have been between poster lounge and DHL for a week now and neither are taking responsibility and I’m left £45 down. Avoid

Good print but let down by frame.
Print is good but the frame is a bit flimsy and there is no wire to hang the print on.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you are happy with the print itself, but we’re sorry that the frame did not fully meet your expectations.
Our framed prints do not use hanging wire. Instead, they are supplied with wall brackets that are already mounted on the back of the product. We do not recommend adding a hanging wire to our frames, as the provided brackets are designed for securely hanging the print.
If you are not satisfied with the frame, please contact our customer service team at support@posterlounge.co.uk.
We will be happy to provide you with a free return label so that you can return the product.
