After a few teething problems to do with telephone numbers and passing on communications with me things (all of which were acknowledged by Posh with no quibbles and some financial compensation)have now perked up. My phone number is for regulatory purposes only so I have few calls inbound but it is an excellent service and the staff are very focused on customer care.

I am very impressed with the team at posh. They are highly professional and skilled in what they do. The service they provide is top-notch, with a high-end feel. However, there is one important aspect that I would like to see improved: call recording. It would be beneficial to have the option to listen back on calls for reference and quality assurance purposes. Other than that, I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend it.
