Great experience purchasing a Tumi backpack at a great price and with free two-day shipping!

I did not realize this was an online business and ended up visiting the warehouse/showroom. Thanks e receptionist who greeted me was extremely professional and helpful. Another staff person also helped and I was able to make a purchase that I am most pleased with. I would do business with this company again.

My purchase was eligible for free shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it the very next day!

Product was as stated and arrived in good condition. Things arrived as scheduled. Easy to work with.

After searching for a TravelPro rolling duffle with a drop bottom we came across The Portmatos web site and we very surprised at their selection and pricing!
We found the exact bag we were looking for and at a great price!
The bag arrived in a short period of time and it was a flawless transaction from start to finish.
Thank you!

Product arrived as ordered, new, and in good condition. Timely shipping and handling.

Potmantos was a great avenue to purchase my luggage. What I found amazing was that my luggage came in less than 2 days!

I ordered a Tumi Just-in-case Tote bag. Portmantos had the best price and it provided free 3-day fast shipping. However, it was shipped in a box too small that the tote arrived very wrinkled. I had the same bag bought elsewhere and it is not wrinkled at all. I suggest Portmantos be more careful with their packaging.

Luggage came immediately with no cost for shipping.

Love the lightweight Samsonite overhead luggage and backpack.

Website was very challenging to use, but staff was very helpful.

Quick shipping, Item was received in perfect condition (brand new with all plastic and ... on it.
I got tracking within two days.
I ordered a Zero Halliburton carry-on luggage.

I had an excellent experience with Portmantos. My package was delivered promptly with no issues.

Easy to order, quick delivery and good quality packaging.

Was able to find the luggage pieces in the color my daughter wanted and at the price I liked. Only other place I found the pieces in that specific color was the actual luggage manufacturer who offered no great deals.

Ordered a suitcase on Tuesday and it was in Florida in time for my flight on Friday with free ground shipping.

Great service and fast delivery! I love my luggage and the price was lower than same piece elsewhere. Customer service was professional and fast and accurate. Highly recommend and I will be back for other luggage needs.
