We have had a good relationship with Porter of the past few years..Nicole jumped right in when she was assigned to our account..what super important is that Porter has treated our customes very well and we have not had one complaint in that regard...Nicole knows our account and has worked towards fine tuning our services needs to the Porter system of doing things...there are always glitches, but the get worked out quickly..

I am super stoked with my account manager Nicole Henderson! She is always very attentive to my question, concerns, and my invoices. The customer support we receive from their Account Executive, Cash Processing Manager, and Portfolio Manager is top-notch and exceptional. Granted other positions within their Company are wonderful to work with but those three ladies are above and beyond, outstanding, supportive, and helpful to work with. Weekly uploading of the schedules or factoring through their portal is easy and user-friendly. Reports are readily available via the portal as well. Having been with Porter Capital Corp since 03/2021, they have helped us grow and work through difficult and turbulent times.
