Why the chapter 4 freakin monkey like critter is so hard I hate that portion of that gameee can't you make it a bit easy for mobile ****

10/10 game Maybe with a new character you can make the death be that the player walks to the other side of a bridge the character tries to catch them but the player will use their hand to pull levers that disconnect the bridge and makes the character fall into a deep black hole

I remember buying from this website about a year ago and I got it and also google and ChatGPT say this is real website and you will get your purchase

I Gmailed them in February they said that I would get a response in 3 days that never happened I followed up on March 12th and they said they would reply in 3 days they didn't it has been 7 days since that one it is extremely sad I love the game it is my first horror game and wouldn't you be sad if one of your favorite games never responded when they said they would please fix this I just want to know if you think my idea was cool or not

3 stars overall - the first 4 chapters were great. But the 5th one was kinda disappointing.

I want to summarise some feedback because I think a few things went wrong for the 5th chapter:

- Lack of story development (the only story development that wasn’t from a literal piece of paper was Huggy’s memories. It feels like the Mob Ent. Team are overly reliant on papers and video tapes to move along the story)

- Lack of character development (this one’s pretty obvious, but we still don’t know what we’re doing or who we are. There are still question marks on character. And Poppy has had hardly any character development this whole time)

- Lack of player agency (in the first few games we could explore and find Easter eggs. The gun hand was really good because it allowed us to do things without it being “instructed”. I’m also worried they’ll run out of ideas on how we can use the grab pack)

- Lack of consistent characters (for example, Huggy and Kissy have been with us since the beginning. Why kill them off too? It’s the same cliffhanger as last time)

- Also the way new characters are introduced feels random (usually we get introduced to the overall theme of the chapter and an intro for the main characters, but this one we didn’t. They could have made it more clear who Lily is actually is and added more depth to her character)

- The actual mechanics of the game (the first 4 were difficult, but do-able. This one felt more clunky. I also noticed there were a lot more loading screens this chapter which throws off the story and where we are in the factory)

- Overuse of chase sequences and puzzles. The first 3 chapters were actually scary / creepy. The 4th was tragic. But this one felt repetitive. It felt less “dynamic”

It would also be nice to get a change of scenery too, all rooms start looking the same after a while. And I feel like it’s lost some of that “horror” element

This game has AMAZING graphics and is the best horror game in its history. haven't played or seen it but I can tell that the new chapter is fire because of teasers. Love u mob games <3

Was a little worried after I read some of the reviews. But I am so glad I didn't listen to them. Absolutely amazing service. Took only 11 days after ordering to arrive from California to northern Ireland, and I ordered the stuff on Christmas day. Amazing website. Will definitely be ordering from them again

I have ordered from poppy playtime in June with no problems order received. I then ordered again on November 21st some Christmas presents £173 worth and didn’t receive the order. Messaged back and forth between customer services and just received my refund today. My only problem was communication was very slow that’s why I gave it a 4 star. Glad it was sorted out though in the end thankyou

I've shopped here before, and it's... been decent. Some delays in shipping, but never as much as this time.

I ordered my Poe plush on the 2nd of August 2025. It was supposed to ship in early October. Great, I thought, it'll be here in time for a holiday gift! More than a month later, nothing had been shipped, and there'd been no email or anything to explain why. But the website suddenly says early November instead. Okay, fine, it's still gonna ship before the holidays. Then it suddenly changed to December.

Now, Christmas is next week, and it's still not even begun shipping as promised, even after I specified that it's supposed to be a Christmas gift. After two copy-paste emails of bad excuses (for example inserting a screenshot of the expected shipping under the product listing, and completely ignoring me saying that it said October when I first bought it), I feel this review is the last resort.

They don't seem to care about, or answer to, bad reviews here, but maybe I can at least stop other people from buying more stuff from their store. Especially considering the fact that instead of focusing on getting the Poe plush ready for shipping on time (one of the emails said some crap about "we're making sure that it's the best quality, that's why it's taking so long"), they've released 3 NEW Nightmare plushies. Maybe don't make and promise new products for your customers, when you can't even get your already promised products out for shipping on time, and ruin someone's Christmas in the process!

I will say I was a little nervous, but we finally got our Yarnaby the look on his face made it all worth it I was actually surprised very nice toy

Good quality plushies that my kid is obsessed with. But, the overall experience is less than desirable. The shipping prices are ridiculous, given the costs on the website - if I'm spending a few hundred bucks on plushies, the least you could do is send them to me at a reasonable rate - or better yet, ship them free when someone is purchasing that much at once. Additionally, they release pre-order items in an attempt to sell them out before they even have them in stock. There are new pre-order plushies that I will end up ordering, but w/o a clue as to when they'll arrive. One of them has been on pre-order status for months with no signs of actually being available for order anytime soon. That's just greed. Overall, I would not recommend shopping here until they address some of these issues - but they hoard all of their inventory so you have no choice but to deal with the mediocre/lackluster services to get their items, if you're committed to it. If not for my kid, I would not bother. Can't wait until the new FNAF movie so he can move back to that - at least we can go grab those plushies from GameStop.

I've paid 100$ just for the shipment of an almost negative weight product and they sent it via e-PAQ Select. That should've been a fast plane delivery. It's a scam.

I had to email them after I noticed in a week I had yet to receive a confirmation email from them about Tracking number and delivery date!!! So I then went to their email address and sent a email it had already been 1 week!!😡 Then they responded it will be awhile till someone got back!! Shipping times are excessively long, particularly for those in the EU. Additionally, the handling of order documentation for customs by poppyplaytime.com is inadequate. If your order is split, you may end up paying double the import fees and taxes, even if the product value is below the €150 limit. In my case, the combined cost of shipping, tax, and import fees exceeded the value of the products. I would advise caution when ordering from this site.

Really bad costumer service, not answering e-mails.
