Avoid this company. Paid for a small order mid-day on Tuesday. They took 6.95 for next day delivery. No communication apart from an order acknowledgement. Customer service number is just a message saying its closed. Tried the sales number. I asked why order was not shipped. Had to wait for a call back. Told there was a mix up. Still nothing shipped. The order is for 6 10cm tart tins. I don't believe they have the items. They are running a scam - taking orders for items they don't have and then trying to buy it in.

There was a system error which incorrectly allowed next day delivery to be selected for these items when that service should not have been available. We take full responsibility for that mistake and sincerely apologise for the confusion and frustration it caused.
We have now fully refunded your order because of the issues you experienced. We also want to reassure you that A1 Equipment is a legitimate, established business and this was not a case of taking payment for goods we did not intend to supply. Unfortunately, a genuine clerical and system error led to this situation, and we completely understand why it caused concern.

We did respond to each of the emails we received, however, unfortunately every reply was returned to us as undeliverable, so it appears our responses never reached you. Wanting to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we sent the requested spare parts to the original delivery address without waiting for further contact.

Ordered popcorn
Ordered popcorn. Was meant to be next day delivery. Nearly a week later and nothing. Emailed them and they said Monday. It’s Monday and still nothing.
They respond quick on their emails though.

Love the prices
Love the prices. Unfortunately I ordered wrong size lid for my candy floss machine, also purchased here. The return process is not good at all. DPD advised me to get in touch with A1, which I did but was informed I would have to return by myself. It is a big box therefore not an easy task.

Delivery time is ridiculous, don't pay for next day
I placed an order on 25 October, paid for next day delivery & still received nothing. It was an item I'd bought for a Halloween party & very very disappointed in service & lack of communication. Hoping I'll receive full refund as obviously I don't need the item as not replied in time. Don't use this company unless you're happy to wait cpl weeks
