From the start, we have had such a great experience with Pool Town! They came highly recommended by friends and neighbors that we didn’t even feel the need to shop around. Since day 1, we have felt like family. Billy was extremely knowledgeable about the different pool shapes, liners, filters, equipment, etc. He made the entire pool buying process a breeze! During phase 1 Kirsten was quick and efficient at applying and obtaining all the permits required for the job! She was also very quick with her responses. In phase 2 Maria was truly the best! She made sure we were always informed about what was going on and what the next steps were. She would even call me after hours on her drive home! No one is more dedicated than she is! Our excavator Jimmy kept us informed throughout the entire excavation process and completed the job in a timely manner. Our installer Chris was also very dedicated! Chris made sure to come by on a Sunday to make sure everything was ready for an inspection on Monday morning. He always made sure to let us know what is going on. Overall, we highly recommend Pool Town and if we had to do it again we would for sure use Pool Town!!

Let me tell you that investing in an in-ground pool is not an easy thing to do. There are a so many decisions that need to be made and then the cost of installing. After many years going back and forth about installing a pool we decided to have our pool done this summer!!! We then started to research different pool installers and had a few of them come to the house. After meeting and talking to all of them to some of them hands down, Mike from Pool Town was the most honest and knowledgeable about technology and designs. It was clear to us that Pool Town takes great pride in what they do and delivers a superior product.

Although we had some bumps in the road, Shanna, Maria and Toni were extremely helpful and patient about all the questions we had. I explained to them my frustrations and they took care of the situation right away!!! Honestly when it was finally completed it is our dream backyard and has exceeded our expectations!!! We can not wait until next summer so we can enjoy our back yard with our family and friends. Thank you pool town for delivering us our dream back yard and would recommend everyone I know to use you guys in the future.

Very happy with our pool from Pool Town. While there were some bumps in the road, the final result is that we got a quality pool that we feel will last a long time. The construction of the pool and the warranty behind it were very important to us. We are 1 house off the bay, so we had to make sure that the pool we picked would stand up to the harsh environment.
The staff at Pool Town were great to work with. I can be a very difficult and fussy customer. With major construction you always run into snags and delays, but every time there was difficulty, Pool Town did take care of the issues. Leesa was a great asset to get me in touch with the right department to take care of all of my concerns.
Being close to the water, we knew we were going to deal with ground water issues and the excavator (Jimmy) worked real hard to get the job done with the least amount of pain, even when they uncovered an old septic tank.
Throughout the entire construction process, Maria was always quick to respond to my (many-many) emails and calls, even after hours!
I handled the heater gas line myself and Shanna helped me with the permit process and make what could be difficult, very easy.
My Salesperson, Billy from start to finish was a pro. Day, night, weekdays and weekends if I had a concern I would text or call or email him, and he ALWAYS responded.
In the end it was a long process, but ultimately got the pool we wanted, the backyard looks great, and now we can enjoy.

What an incredible company to work with! Pool Town was the first and only company we spoke with about building our pool. After our first meeting with them, we didn’t even bother getting other quotes. We felt so valued there. I know they build countless pools throughout the year, but with the level of detail and explanation they provide, it felt like we were their only customer. That level of treatment continued throughout the building process. Every decision we made was made in our best interest. I still can’t believe that we had our pool built within 2-3 weeks!

I had a great experience with Pool Town from start to finish. First we met with Billy who helped us pick out our pool. He designed the layout that was perfect for our property. Every phase of the construction process was clearly outlined as to what to expect. We ran into many issues with getting my inspections done in a timely matter with my township(not the fault of pool town) and Maria was on top of the issue. She went above and beyond to speed things up. Every person from excavator to electrician was very professional. Our pool turned out amazing!!

I had a wonderful experience in having Pool Town install my pool. Billy was a great sales rep and walked us through the process. In working with Billy, I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed while choosing our pool design and accessories. He explained all the possible options that would work to fulfill our family's needs in enjoying our investment. Once we reached the construction phase, Laura and Maria was very informative distributing information via emails and phone calls. The Pool Town staff was always readily available and accommodating in any needed schedule changes. Tony, the electrician, and Vinny, the liner installer, were both very polite and completed their work with no issues. Pool Town even recommended some landscaping ideas for our pool and yard. I needed help at the very beginning of my pool journey regarding my township and variances. Pool Town held my hand every step of the way. Specifically Carl. He was fantastic in easing my emotions. Once the process started - Chester was amazing outlining expectations. getting a pool is scary - Maria is literally THE BEST! she was crazy responsive and incredibly clear in her directions and process/expectations! Once the pool was in and I started to try to understand how the chemicals work - Pat gave me his personal cell and told me to txt him whenever for whatever.. and i did just that. He was AMAZING! never made me feel stupid for not knowing what i was doing. Lastly - Chris C has been available to me now that the process is done, for any last minute items. Pool Town is the way to go if you want to get a pool! I LOV LOV LOV them!

AMAZING POOL COMPANY!!! From the time I started researching about making the investment of an in-ground pool I was extremely nervous. I quickly researched pool companies and pool town popped up. I went in to the store and spoke with the reps. They sat down with me and were very knowledgeable. They gave me a step by step guide in what to expect. They were HONEST and upfront from start to finish. They walked me through each phase. Shanna in the permit department was amazing. I called with questions ALOT of questions in the beginning of the process. She was patient with me and answered every question, phone call, and email. They hand you off to a different department once the process begins. Every person is kind and very knowledgeable. All the workers on-site were amazing. Bob the excavator and back-filler was awesome. Vinny and the crew that worked on our pool was awesome. From start to finish ONLY A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I am a first time pool owner. Pictures to come.

had a great experience with every Pool Town staff member I encountered from the time we purchased til completion. Carl, Rocco, Brittany, Brianna, Matt, Maria, Kirsten, & Toni were all very professional & helpful throughout the entire process. All of my questions &/or concerns were answered promptly & efficiently. I only have a few critiques & they’re regarding the subcontractors. It’s my understanding Pool Town installs several hundred pools a year therefore needs to subcontract out some of the work, all of which has the possibility of extra fees. My only advice to new customers of any pool company is to make sure you go over your contract thoroughly with your salesperson so you’re prepared for potential additional costs. I met with 5 pool companies prior to making a decision & most didn’t want to talk about the possible up-charges. They simply want the sale at a lower cost & once they get you on the hook, you’re done. Carl was truthful on all potential liabilities up front, which is why I went with Pool Town in the first place. They’re not the cheapest, but I can honestly say we’re extremely satisfied with the customer service we received & moreover, the final product. I’d recommend Pool Town to anyone who wants my opinion.

We are very happy that Pool Town handled the whole construction process smoothly and efficiently and we were always well informed what would come next. Of course, it's a major construction, and we didn't expect our pool to be built in a few weeks. We really liked Ron's down-to-earth approach and the fact that he didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need. Shanna went above and beyond to help us pick the right liner and Maria was always readily available (we loved the punch list!) when we had questions.The handled everything professionally. We love our pool!

Thank you Pool Town for helping us build our backyard resort! Our salesman Carl was never pushy and answered all of our questions and concerns before we even signed on to make it happen. From Brittany to Maria to their Excel pool service, their staff is trained and knowledgable for each step of the way and always available a phone call away. We had small bumps in the road because our backyard is narrow however all issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. Like with any big home project, it takes time and patience but Pool Town ensures the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend to anyone considering building a pool!

Everyone was a pleasure to work with and make a hard process fairly easier. I need to make special shout out to PAT and MATT. These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable on how to work and maintain pool. They even gave me attention after hours when I had question on stuff they went over already. Not something they had to do and I truly appreciate them because being a first time in ground pool owner is pretty overwhelming!

Pool Town did an awesome job from start to finish to create my dream back yard. A huge thank you to our salesman Billy who we met with multiple times. He was always willing to answer my many questions. I truly appreciate his thoroughness in walking thru the process and even calling out the need for a variance upfront given his familiarity with my township. There were no surprises given his guidance. Laura in Phase 1 stayed on top of everything with regard to permits, inspections, and helped me through the variance process with my township. Phase 2 was just as good - Maria was so very helpful and always so responsive and a joy to work with. As for my install crew, I was very fortunate to have Humberto and crew do the install during the winter months - they were even out there in the snow working to get the job done – just amazing! Everything dealing with the pool package went smoothly including the orientation and final cleaning. Nick was a great help in explaining how to use equipment, test, and understand machine readings. I would highly recommend Pool Town.

Update of my review from 5/23: Just as we thought the management of this project couldn’t get any worst! It can! After 3 weeks left with a wrecked yard because of their delays and subpar service (and weather has nothing to do with it) We were told we need dirt to finish the backfill that was scheduled today. Its not just some dirt, its a few truck loads. They should’ve figured this out prior to the work schedule so we have had the dirt ready on site.Total amateurs! Let me also mention, liner installation was almost cancelled because I refused to take down my review last week. The nerve to try to blackmail us! I said I will update if they put together their acts. They will take your money and wouldn’t care any less of your business once you’re stuck in a contract. Don’t be the next victim!

DO NOT INVEST your hard earned money with Pool Town. You will have constant frustration with the poor planning and coordination of the handling of your business by the project manager Maria. Regardless of repeated instances and escalation to Alex the general manager and Leesa the customer care manager, nothing will be done and addressed and instead will continuously refuse accountability for the delays and blame it on their sub contractors and to your lack of patience to accept lousy excuses. Disregard as well the sales pitch of 35 days guarantee as we have repeatedly ask when the counting begins and they won’t give you a day because again they refuse of any accountability. Every time we want to go back to the sales rep Ron, we will just get a text Im driving call the office. I have all supporting communication to this review, too much to share in detail. My hope is to help other customers avoid the same experience. Don’t get stuck with a wrecked yard like us. Take your business some place else.

We are extremely happy with the entire experience from start to finish with Pool Town. The communication was incredible every step pf the way. Everyone was beyond helpful and organized during each phase of the process. We had expected it to be a tedious and stressful experience but it was the exact opposite. There were no surprises, they prepared us for anything and everything. I would highly recommend Pool town!
