Ordered a Heater for a hot tub with time to get it installed before the cold weather hit. Never received order and no communication from them when asking to cancel. No telling if the hot tub is salvageable at this point. Avoid. Email address provided at bottom of invoice does not work.

Thy send me this email
Order was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been voided.
It was only one pump.

Hi,

We are sorry for your experience. But the item you ordered was only $140.00 and the item was discontinued by the manufacturer which is why we voided the order immediately. We aren’t to sure where $5000.00 is coming from. When the manufacturer delivered our stock order and informed us it was discontinued we immediately voided the transaction. If you want to explore an alternative we can look at other pump options.

The owner is great but I dont know his…

The owner is great but I dont know his staffs are as good. We had swimming pool and things were growing so we had to have another guy to check and pay extra to treat. He offered to treat and he did it but it was after I paid another guy to do so.
Its hard to run the business.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE.

I did not pay for March which was due March 31, 2024. They stopped my pool service leaving my pool in bad condition. After returning from out of town, I paid ck on 4/21/2024 for March service.

He charged me a large amount of money to clean the tile and never did it and never return my money. He charged me $1000.00 for installation of a new pump; I purchased for over $3,000.0. I bought a new filter as well as a new pool sweeper at the same time FROM LESLIE POOL STORE. I have all the receipts and the check for the $1000.00 he took and cashed it.

He installed a brand new pump and now it’s not working. Three months ago he kept telling me; that I need to call the company that I purchased the pump because it was a lemon. He actually stopped serving my pool at the end of March, 2024. I have video from my cameras. I was out of Town and when I got back I found out that my pool was completely green and water level was extremly low.

I spoke to Him and he told me that the pool pump was bad; and he stopped service the pool because I did not pay for March in Advance and I did not sign some agreement. I told him at that time that it was only April 14, 2024; why would you stop serving my pool? He says he had been burned and every other customers paid in Advance for service. I told him that I could not pay for service not rendered.

I had call some pool service providers and everyone concluded that the "error" appearing on the digital pump; "PRIMER FAILURE" indicated that there is leakage and air getting in the system.

They concluded that every attachments that he made when installing the pump and filter were leaking. The pool man did high pressure trouble shooting and showed with video that; he installed broken PVC use glue and blue pipe color to cover the broken PVC. I have pictures and video to show the incompetency and the mendacity of this man.

THE REASON WHY HE STOPPED SERVING MY pool was the fact that he did not want to replace the PVC PIPES so he has excuses:
1. Blame the pump.
2. That I did not pay for March service.
3. Mendacity that it was a year; since the installation. So he would not have to repair the PLUMBING. I have check showing he was Paid Check #2272 in July 2024.

I had to get a plumber and Pool man which stated that it was worse installation they have seen for hook up of pump.

Subsequently, I had to hire some one to completely replace all the PVC PIPES that he installed and now my pool pump is running just fine. My pool is now in EXCELENT CONDITION.

This man is not honest when he stated that the pump was installed a year ago. Not true. I have pictures and video to show what this man had done. There always an aura of mendacity about this man. SAD.

After installation he asked me if he could service my pool. I was hesistant; My pool man had be doing my pool for 20 years; no problem until my pump died. I thought since he installed the new pump may be I could go with him. He lies that he would clean my tiles; took my money and never clean the tiles. I went to Leslie pool and their instruct to me was to put certain chemical to prevent calcium built up on the tiles; I thought he would have cleaned the tile and to prevent new deposit, but he never did. I informed him what Leslie recommend and he say he could get it at a discount; it turned out more expense that if I had bought it at Leslie on sale.

MY TILES ARE STILL DIRTY: I have pictures before and after; no change. Now; I have to hire someone to clean them.

Not good service. I would never use them again. He can say any thing. I have picture and videos showing their poor workmanship.

Just be aware of their sale pitch.
DO NOT LEFT THEM TOUCH YOUR PLUMBING OR HOOK. UP.

it would be cheaper to hire a plumbing that would cost you a little more but in long run you would be happier.

I had emailed him, sending pictures and request that he reimbuse me my money; but he refused.

We apologize that you feel that your experience is sub par. Unfortunately you were over 4 months past due and you refused to communicate with us for 3 months after saying checks would be there. All of your other vendors were getting paid except us. We also sent out the 2024 service agreement which you also didn’t respond to while being past due. As a result your account was put on service hold which we tried everything to avoid. We attempted communication via text, phone calls, emails and letters. We are always flexible while customers are on vacation or run into hard times. We understand that it makes it difficult which is why we also offer digital invoices and accept all payment types, include in-house financing and leasing.

Your pool was in perfect condition and crystal clear with zero defects on the last service day until the account went on a hard service hold due to non communication and past due. All of the technician notes were emailed each service with a picture of the pool each time, even while the account was past due.

The pump was installed nearly 1 year ago and had zero defects. It wasn’t until the notification of being on service hold you decided to hire a different service provider while remaining past due. That was over a month ago in which you started demanding refunds for services we were never tasked and demanding for us to pay for upgrading your plumbing. Looking back at all of the technician logs, the only issue with the pump was someone kept reprogramming your variable speed settings and deleting ours. That was ongoing for nearly 3 months.

As for tile cleaning, we were never hired for tile cleaning. We did provide you a quote which you did not accept and said you would explore different options. Several months later you asked us to purchase a tile scale preventive chemical (at the discounted price we get it) for you and add it to the water which was explained will not clean the tile as you would need tile blasting to clean the tile. Unfortunately your local pool store convinced you otherwise.

We made every attempt possible to work with you, your schedule and were always transparent when you wanted a service that would not yield results which is why we either never performed the service or only offered a service that would yield the results you were expecting.

We wish you the best and are happy that you found a new service provider so the summer season can be enjoyed.

The pool looks great

The pool looks great. Also this is the first pool maintenance that emails us saying what had been done in the service as well as stated about the water.

Knowledgeable and Reasonable

We thought we would have to drain the pool to get rid of some ugly black spots, but they identified the problem as black fungus and got rid of it. They turn up when they say they will and are reasonable. Our pool has never looked better
