I have used Polycote 3 or 4 times and every time the service has been prompt and efficient.
Ordering from the website is simple, easy and quick.
Delivery is great as the products are very well packed and tracking info is always reliable.
The product I've used, wetaflex, is great. It's easy to apply and does the job. I'm trying the trowel grade tis time to fill some bigger gaps

Fantastic customer service
Cemcoat is an excellent product but what really impressed me was the customer service. I am just a domestic customer, not a tradesman but they answered all my questions about the product and its application promptly and helpfully. Would buy from them again without hesitation.

Excellent company. Very easy to use their website. I was a little unsure as to how to mix the primers and paints etc. but a simple call to the company solved this. They were extremely helpful and I would totally recommend

Awesome product!
Steve at Polycote was very helpful and supportive of us when we approached needing a DPM applied to our floor, and the product was awesome, doing exactly what it was supposed to do and very easy to apply.
