Okay service. Took longer than expected, I didn't quite get the audience I hoped for, and customer service wasn't very helpful. I don't think I'll use them again.

I had a good experience using Pollfish and will defintely use them in the future

The quality of help was good, but the estimator tool telling me how long something will take needs to be fixed. It's wrong on a regular basis and then I'm told there aren't that many people in that country... so why is it telling me only a day?

Pollfish has excellent tools with transparent pricing. The free "Basic" plan has all the tools I need to run great surveys. They make it easy to buy responses filtered to your target audience.

The dollar amount they quote you in their cost calculator tool, and the number they show when you're developing the survey, is the number you pay. I was burned multiple times by SurveyMonkey charging me unexpected amounts and making it difficult to quit an expensive subscription. I'm so happy to have found Pollfish as an alternative.

Their support team also responds VERY quickly to chat messages and has been tremendously helpful the few times I had questions.

I used the platform for a survey with 200 responses. About 40 of those responses were garbage - I know this based on the open-ended responses. That's 20% of my sample - way too many for my liking. I would have expected Pollfish to weed out the bots. I won't use it again.

Great customer service! And they charge based on the completed response. It is very fair and transparent. As a researcher, I have used many survey platforms, but they are the best so far.

The platform is intuitive, well-designed, visually appealing and the internal analysis capabilities are great, but there are some outstanding design issues and missing features that need to be amended. Just a handful off top:

1. Have a way to set a quota that is a ceiling, not a floor. Instead of having to say exactly how many responses we want from each region, we'd love to be able to say "once we get [x numbers] of [category] responses, we will no longer accept anymore."

2. If you edit audiences AFTER launching a survey, this cases the sidebar demographics to revert to default (ie; will show 18-24/25-34/etc age demographics instead of the custom ranges set previously) - would be preferable if it didn't do this

3. Add a way to analyze two combined surveys where questions overlap

The chat support was amazing and when I was ready to purchase, I was further assisted by the staff for the final review. I have all the information I need to complete my Ph.D. and I will wholeheartedly endorse the use of Pollfish for all graduate degrees. Great job all around!

I used my account with surveoo and completed a survey referenced PF_1878494 on Pollfish Market Research Platform and the gains, however small, were immediately transferred to my user account. Wonderful partnership between both platforms

Straightforward to use but needs extra features. Running a survey in multiple languages and regions means duplicating the survey once you've finalised the logic, then copying and pasting the questions and answers to give the local languages/currency values while altering the audience. It's very tedious and error-prone, limiting the usefulness of the platform. Moreover, exporting results is limited to poorly-formatted spreadsheets and, for premium users a big query export option that still doesn't provide the results in what could be called a database format. In conclusion, while promising it needs work to be a useful platform at scale.
