Transparent pricing and useful templates.

Much more affordable than all the alternatives I found, and I had all my results ready within just a couple of hours.

Pollfish proofed the survey and caught an error in the setup that would have impacted results. The final report was incredibly fast and included more demographic data than I expected.

Relatively easy to use, would like more transparency around how pricing works, and how they source respondents.
Survey was completed within one minute, I find this difficult to believe so I am not 100% on the quality of respondents.

Great user interface and very easy to use. It took a bit of time to get all the answers needed though from the survey pool participants. I guess the company should focus on improving the product reach. Also, there is too little info on how the participants are sourced and where did they actually receive the questionnaire (what was the context, before or after what interaction etc.). All in all my experience was very positive.

I've used Pollfish before so when I needed to test concepts for a new business pitch in 5 countries over the holiday, I turned to Pollfish. The surveys were easy to setup up, allowed me to select my very specific target and launched right away. Within a couple of days I had my results in an easy to interpret, actionable format well within my budget.

I had been quoted a minimum on another site that was not a good fit. Pollfish allowed me to do exactly the number I wanted and was very cost effective. The interface was easy to use and the results were very rapid.

The Service

I love Pollfish. I have sampled a ton of other UX/Survey platforms and most of them want you to set up a consultation or walk through all the other services they can throw on top of your account, or they have communities and you have to bring your own survey tool, or they have a survey tool and you have to bring your own surveyors. If you want to conduct a straightforward survey where you don't have to find your own audiences or tools, at a reasonable price, then Pollfish fits the bill.

Easy to use to create a questionnaire, fast response matching the expected completion simulation and great customer support. I was short by a few responses and contacted customer service, they instantly boosted my questionnaire and it was completed within a few hours after reaching out. Would be good if the platform could offer more advanced analytics and insights. Overall would recommend and use it again.

I rarely give 5 stars, but this one is well worth it. The interface is super easy whether you create it from scratch or use AI and the value is bar none. I had calls with other companies that wanted to charge me 1000's and take days to complete. Instead, I signed up with Pollfish, created my survey in less than 30 minutes, and had all 100 respondents in a couple of hours. Saved me so much time and money. Worth every penny!

Platform has become increasingly difficult to program, and time to achieve response quota has gone up 10X. We also have received very limited support from our team.

Pollfish was very responsive in helping me get quality results by removing junk responses. However, if not for the nature of my survey design, it wouldn't have been so easy to tell that 30% of the responses were untruthful.

This makes me extremely unlikely to use Pollfish for surveys in the future. Whatever your quality assurances may be, they aren't good enough, and the answers to my Kano Model survey made that undeniably clear.

Cool survey creation, horrible user experience. I don't understand why can't I make small edits (e.g. delete a question/fix a typo) on a launched survey, with close to none responses. No i DON'T WANT TO RESEND the survey link to my audience, nobody likes spammers. Even google forms allows you to do that, and its free! Thanks for ruining my survey
