Great to go in a store after a few years booking on line. I knew where and when I wanted to go and saved a few pounds by going to the shop. The personal service from Lydia was excellent and I would definitely recommend the Stafford store when looking to book a holiday! We will use the store in future too.

We approached Polkadot in Shrewsbury to help us find our holiday for September 2025. They were helpful, good with communication (despite being very busy) and gave us plenty of options and all were well priced.
Their service and knowledge outshone that of our usual travel agent and we will always use Polkadot in future.

We had the best experience booking our honeymoon with Polka Dot Travel Newcastle-under-Lyme! Jess was absolutely amazing – so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and she helped us plan the honeymoon of our dreams. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

All the girls in store were fantastic too – such a lovely team! We had to bring our little boy along on the day we booked, and they were all so wonderful with him, making him giggle and keeping him entertained while we sorted everything out.
