Policy bazaar was useful in following up with the insurer and settling a car insurance claim. There were many delays from the insurer side but policy bazaar reps (Geeta Negi, 43566) was diligent in following up and informing me in a timely manner.

Possibly the single worst service I have ever paid for - paid in full for a policy, they then got all the details of my car wrong (even after sharing all the correct details with them), meaning I wasted multiple hours sat at garage unable to drive away the car I had bought and will have to come back tomorrow instead - they then said they couldn’t insure me at all with the current insurer so had effectively mis sold me a policy which never existed - phone support does not answer at all and the web agency’s literally don’t listen to anything you say - literally the worst company I have ever ever ever had the displeasure of dealing with - it is almost hard to believe how bad the service is

Policybazaar does not even deserve 1 star. They committed a massive blunder regarding my car's Insured Declared Value (IDV). After agreeing on a specific car value, the policy was issued with a value less than 30% of what was originally promised. This is a blatant misrepresentation of terms and an unacceptable breach of trust.

I am extremely fortunate that I caught this discrepancy before registering my vehicle, or I would have been severely underinsured. Despite raising an urgent complaint, they are demanding a 48–72 hour resolution window, which is useless when I need to renew my registration today.

I will not let this gross negligence slide. I am officially escalating this matter to Sanadak (the UAE's Sanadak Ombudsman Unit for insurance) and the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) for deceptive conduct. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing formal legal action to hold them accountable. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.
