I have taken a policy which was issued with incorrect details. I failed to get the corrections done even after sending dozens of mail and phone calls. Finally, after escalating the matter to Head of Customer Services, my issue got resolved with support of Mr. Ashish Sharda - PW42560 within one day!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
AFTER PROVING PROPER KYC DOCUMENTS OF THE VEHICLE OWNER,
THE POLICY WAS MADE WITH THE WRONG NAME ..
AS IT WAS RECEIVED, MAILED FOR CORRECTION
TILL NOT CORRECTED & CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ASKING FOR DOCUMENTS AGAIN, WHICH WAS PROVIDED
(ie) RC BOOK, AADHAR CARD, DRIVING LICENSE, & OLD POLICY WHICH IS AVAILABLE.
TOLD FOR 10 DAYS WAITING FOR CORRECTION.
GIVEN NUMBER TO TALK TO THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO MADE THE POLICY.
WHEN I called the given number on the other side, she was not available to give a solution.
THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID SHE WILL CALL BACK ... AFTER 120 MINUTES( 2 HOURS) WENT BY, BUT MY MOBILE STILL WAS NOT RINGING
YOUR TEAM MADE THE WRONG POLICY AFTER BEING GIVEN VALID KYC DOCUMENTS
NOT HAPPY SOLUTION.

I had to go for a car insurance claim of United India Insurance through Policy Bazaar. The PB team (Shweta PW44659) remained in continuous touch for a smooth processing of the claim However, the Insurance company processed it rather slowly and finally credited the claim amount.
Overall, PB's support was great.

Customer service at Policybazaar Dubai are very slow in their communication. Additionally, their call center promised a call-back twice and never responded. Poor service as the call crnter stopped answering calls subsequently.

Worst company for having policy, they are very irresponsible and useless. I used policy bazar to buy insurance for my bike. Policy bazar deducted 3600rs approx from account on 21feb26. The insurance was rejected due to some technicall error. today it’s 6march26 I have not received my refund yet. If policy bazar is giving insurance and they are taking commission from policy provider for each policy what is their responsibility to see for refunds. From 21feb I am getting same system generated mail that I will get my refund in 7-10days it’s been more than 14days now. Only employe name is mentioned in mail when you ask question on mail or anything they will reply same system generated mail again. No response from their side such a pathetic service from their side. Never use such a useless mediator for your policy. Instead use direct policy site for your such insurance.
