It was a good experience with Shanu PW71399, I don't know who initiated intimation of my claim, one thing that they failed to mention during intimation of the claim that the incident should be very descriptive otherwise the claim may not be fully approved. This is the fault of the organisation if employees are not trained properly
Talking about behaviour and follow-up I would give 5 star.

Shanu PW71399 offered good support through the process. There were some initial hiccups but Shanu handled it well and I had no issues with the whole claim process. Definitely recommend Policy bazaar

Its only made for those need some small insurance plans in quick. Do not ever buy any ULIP plans, mutual funds combos any. I stuck in an HDFC ULIP for 5 years and just get my invested money back. The growth is literrally zero. The terms are very unhealthy for investers. take very care lads !

Better to to get the insurance directly from the inusrance company rather than Policy Bazaar , no customer support , no ease of transaction nothing

Be careful with this company. They used to offer many things and at the end, they don’t comply. They offered a 1.000 aed Amazon voucher if I purchase the ADNIC gold health insurance with them and after more than 2 months, they disappeared. No replying via email, WhatsApp nor phone calls. Only sending automated email message, regretting the situation bot nos resolving it. BE CAREFUL WITH THEIR FALSE PROMISES!!

Recently I tried to buy health insurance for my mother from Niva bupa and Policy Bazaar came in as an aggregator and provided very competitive pricing and I did purchased the policy from PB. Later in the review process from Niva Bupa I was told to cover from Day 1 need to pay an addition of Rs 5,700+ which again matches to other price provided. So in my case I was forced to go through PB instead I would have purchased the same policy from the Niva Bupa Directly w/o middle man. So guys be careful on taking the policy.
