I’ll admit it: I fully expected the Helix MagLock system to be a solution in search of a problem, held together by expensive magnets. Consider that assumption retired. After dragging it through commercial sets, backcountry hikes, and steady downpours, I’ve realised it’s not really a filter at all. It’s a lens upgrade. Once it’s on, you stop thinking about it because it feels less like an accessory and more like the glass grew a new limb.

I can't close this without mentioning customer service “Oliver”.
My experience was absolutely amazing: constant follow-up, clear communication, and genuine care until my gear arrived. Just perfect, thank you.

Filtres Polarpro Vivid collection pour Avata2... boîte de 5 filtres ND/PL pour drone Avata2 ... 2 sur 5 cassés dans la boîte. Trop fragiles!

Reported an issue with the Mavic 3 Pro Cine Polar Pro Polarised ND Filters to polar pro support.This issue is not just in one set but multiple sets. I sent images and examples from different locations and sets. It is not an isolated issue with one set. We ordered these filters at different times, it is not a faulty batch. There is a defect with the product These filters are not even 1 year old. To quote their website “PolarPro promises that its products are free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Need to make a claim?”

I have emailed them multiple times. The initial report was responded too, but when we found out this is with multiple sets and appears to be a manufacturer issue with the product. They have not responded or refunded our purchases. Very disappointing from a company who are very highly thought of, until now!!
