I deposited $199.99 on 26 Oct 2026 after selling my laptop. Trader Austin M. (ID 137972916) told me to set Copy to Unlimited and Stop Balance $1, and told me to go for a walk for 6-8 hours and not watch my account.
He had a profit-sharing deal with me, half-half. After gaining my trust, he blew my full account. I have all WhatsApp proofs.
Pocket Option refused refund and banned my account. User ID: 141932034. Do not trust Pocket Option copy trading.

Absolute terrible never trade on there easy to deposit but hard to withdraw and ai bot is absolutely useless

I deposited $45000, followed all the instructions their team gave. I made sure there were no mistakes, i even took screenshots of the steps. When it was time to withdraw, I was told I had made several errors during the trading process and that to withdraw my profits of $115000, I would have to pay a 10% fee to clear the errors. which I did immediately, only for them to ask for another 5%. This was when I contacted the FCA, who directed me to Cole Lane AL Advisor. They traced the deposits to one Mr Mark, who immediately sent all the funds to me

I have been with the platform for over 6 years . Over 700,000 $ in deposits . There always been problems and some how i got pass them. Since last 3 months started making stable profit . 3 times was asked for verification in just 5 days . And today they just closed my account i had over 32,000$ balance . 2.9 clause ( states aggressive trading ) .

This company is a literal scam do not waste opening an account it’s set up too take your money as soon as you place your trade it goes in the opposite direction it said it was a beginner and I can’t imagine beginners learning this process easily do not waste your money I promise your not special

I have been using Pocket Option for approximately 2 years and have deposited a total of **$86,000** during this period.

On 8 October 2026, after making a substantial profit, I tried to withdraw my funds, but the withdrawal option suddenly disappeared. My account was already verified, yet the platform requested additional selfie verification when I wanted to withdraw my profit.

I completed the verification process, but there was no progress for approximately 18 hours. My verification was approved only the following day, after around 24 hours. During this waiting period, I could not withdraw my balance, and I eventually incurred trading losses.

For two years, I deposited money and traded without ever being asked for this additional selfie verification. Why did this happen when I wanted to withdraw a substantial profit?

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Pocket Option. I strongly advise other traders to be cautious before depositing their hard-earned money into this platform. A profit displayed in your account does not necessarily mean you can withdraw it when you need to.

⭐ 0 STAR – DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT TRADE CANCELLATIONS AND CHART TRANSPARENCY!

I am absolutely furious about my experience with Pocket Option. This has seriously damaged my trust in this platform.

I placed a $10,000 SELL trade on XAU/USD at 4680. Instead of allowing the trade to run, Pocket Option removed my position and refunded my original stake.

Let that sink in. I placed a trade with $10,000, and the platform removed it. Based on the potential market movement, I believe I could have made $200,000–$300,000. That was a significant potential opportunity, and I am left demanding answers about why my trade was cancelled in the first place.

BUT THAT IS NOT EVEN THE WORST PART.

I have also noticed what appear to be significant differences between Pocket Option’s charts and candlesticks and those displayed on other platforms. The price movements and candle formations do not appear to match what I see elsewhere when comparing the same market and timeframe.

WHY DOES YOUR XAU/USD CHART LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE CHARTS ON OTHER PLATFORMS?

When a trading platform displays price charts that appear inconsistent with other market data sources, customers deserve a clear and transparent explanation. I want to know exactly which price feed Pocket Option uses, how its candles are generated, and why the displayed price action appears different from what I see elsewhere.

I cannot responsibly claim to know the technical reason for these discrepancies without seeing the underlying data. However, the differences I have observed raise serious questions that Pocket Option needs to address.

Combined with the cancellation of my $10,000 trade, this experience has left me questioning the reliability and transparency of the entire platform.

Refunding my original stake does NOT automatically resolve this situation. I did not open a trade simply to have my money returned without a proper explanation. I want to know why my position was removed, which contractual rule justified the cancellation, and what evidence supports that decision.

I demand:

* A written explanation for the cancellation of my XAU/USD SELL trade at 4680.
* The exact contractual provision used to justify removing the trade.
* The complete execution records, including timestamps and relevant prices.
* A technical explanation of the differences between Pocket Option’s XAU/USD chart and other market data sources.
* An explanation of how Pocket Option calculates and displays its candlesticks and prices.
* A formal review of whether my trade was cancelled correctly and whether compensation is warranted.

I understand that potential profits are not guaranteed profits. However, that does not mean customers should have to accept unexplained trade cancellations or apparent chart discrepancies without answers.

A REFUND IS NOT AN EXPLANATION. DIFFERENT CHARTS DESERVE TRANSPARENT ANSWERS. AND CUSTOMERS DESERVE ACCOUNTABILITY.

My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and Pocket Option has seriously damaged my confidence in its platform.

I want evidence, transparency, and a proper investigation—not generic excuses or another meaningless response.

Anyone considering this platform should carefully investigate its pricing methodology, trading conditions, and cancellation policies before depositing money.

Severe Terminal Desync Issue - Level 10 "Master" Account Ignored (UID: 130471092)

As a Level 10 VIP Master trader on Pocket Option with over 2,641 completed trades and a lifetime turnover exceeding 623,651,933 UZS, I am deeply disappointed by how the company handles technical anomalies for high-volume clients.

On June 28, 2026, my trading terminal suffered a severe visual chart freeze on the AED/CNY OTC asset. Due to this localized interface desynchronization, I entered consecutive high-volume positions based on a stale visual price, resulting in a massive loss of 120,000,000 UZS in under 2 minutes (Orders: 9c0d0f26-..., 57efa1de-..., 66c6403b-..., c2c4edcb-..., 65e6b727-...).

The internal support team hid behind automated server-side logs and flatly refused any form of goodwill compromise—even blocking a non-cash, loyalty-based request for Risk-Free trade codes. They do not value their top 1% elite partners. If you trade with large size, a simple screen freeze can wipe out your capital, and the support will give you generic copy-paste answers. Be highly cautious with this platform!

Beware, this is a fraudulent website run by scammers. Its owners are Syrians and Gulf nationals in the UAE. I assure you, they refuse withdrawals and make up excuses like "verification" before rejecting them and demanding unreasonable things.
