Terrible !!! Stay Away…Update Fixed
I gave Pointsbet 1 star because my Withdrawal did not go through in a Timely Manner... I contacted Them and they fixed it Right Away.. I am a loyal customer, it did cost me betting on NFL Playoffs because I was waiting on the Withdrawal.. Things Happen and we just have to move on... I will still play with Pointsbet. They will fix any Errors..

You give free bets and then take them away - not a good business model also your customer service is awful. I have had problems and asked for someone to call and never received a requested call.

When i need to cash out the payout time is reasonable I,m given free bets on a timely manner.The only issue i have is sometimes the free bets are hard to find and use for someone like me with limited computer knowledge

Dep and wd are too slow. App is very slow. Not as many prop bets as other sites. Example a qb throwing a pic or how many fieldgoals in a game

Your money goes in but doesn't come out
Trying to withdraw funds is a nightmare. There is no ability to add a new bank account or even update an old one. Customer service is pleasant but totally helpless. How could they be if there is not the proper website development?
The funny/odd part is that I deposited a nominal amount in my account to have the banking info online yet they still don't recognizethe new account.
