After 2 weeks of terrible pain with an ingrowing toe nail I booked an appointment with Jane at the vale foot clinic in Barry. Jane was so professional, caring and gentle with my treatment, she dealt with my foot problem with the absolute minimum of pain and discomfort I was amazed and so great full.I can't thank Jane enough for tending to my problem and walked out pain free.simply brilliant. Thankyou

Just back home from an excellent experience with Jane at the Barry clinic. She was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease from the moment I arrivedI can’t recommend her enough. She did an incredibly thorough job and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident that I was in great hands.

The entire appointment felt unhurried and genuinely caring. As a bonus, the wax treatment was surprisingly luxurious—what a treat and well worth the extra money. My feet feel brand new!

I was dreading my nail surgery but in fact there was nothing to fear. Matthew and Jane at Barry clinic were gentle and reassuring and the experience was pain-free all round, with just a little discomfort having the anaesthetic injections. The aftercare was also excellent and not forgetting Justin who makes everyone feel so welcome and cared for on arrival. I would definitely recommend this podiatry clinic.

Awful - Booked in as a new patient. 45 minute appointment, was in and out within 15 minutes.
Did not remove all hard skin from my feet, had to ask for heels to be done.
Very poor, would not recommend!!

I throughly recommend this practice to anyone. I required attention for a nail issue which was assessed by Rachel who was fantastic and extremelyprofessional. I was put at ease and the treatment completed, Rachel was superb explaining what she was doing, how her treatment worked etc. I have always had a great experience with this organisation, always had professional treatment and extremely reasonable in pricing. I am aware Rachel has only recently joined the practice but I have no doubt she will be a huge asset to them, her professionalism, communication skills and experience are a huge advantage to this company. More than happy to recommend and will certainly use again. Thank you

This was my first visit to The Vale Foot Clinic and I was very impressed. I travelled from Bath as I could find nowhere closer for Foot Balance insoles. Matt was excellent and recommended different insoles for my foot problem which have helped the pain. Would recommend to friends and family.

First visit with my son to their practice in Barry today and was very impressed. Jo the podiatrist was lovely and is obviously very experienced. She clearly explained everything as she was going along, and finished with practical down-to-earth advice to my son on the ongoing management of the issue with his toe.
The gentleman on reception (sorry,don't know his name) was welcoming, the premises are clean and costs are very reasonable and honest. Would not hesitate to use them again if necessary. If like me, you have niggling doubts about trying to find someone from the internet, rest assured you won't go wrong with these lovely people, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a podiatrist in Barry and the Vale.

Well that was worth every penny Jo was professional, informative and brilliant gave me great advice and talked me through what treatment she was doing on my ingrowing toe nails and cracked tough skin I definitely intend to keep going to stay on top of my feet (excuse the pun) do not hesitate if you are thinking of making an appointment you won't be disappointed
