i booked numberous online demos as i wanted to purchase bigger package, no one ever went on the zoom call, ive tried emailing and had no response

One of the stand out features that Pocketcarer has to offer is the friendly user interface! The platform is efficient, making it easy for users to navigate and access the tools they need. This app provides a solution for all of my care-related needs.

For the price it is very good value, although there are some limitations but it was expected as I didn't think paying what I did I would get all the features, etc. It is perfect for my low use needs and my Clients are impressed that they have a Care plan and can follow up the notes. All in all I am quite happy, and definitely recommend for Self employed Carer use.

It won’t work, every time I click anywhere on app it freezes! Can’t see anything

Contracts aren't correct. Legally the local Authority needs to have a contingency plan in place for the client. This contingency plan is to ensure the client doesn't have a break in Thier care when the carer is incapacitated.

The contracts are a Civil Contract made for the P A to the client. It has to abide by the Health and Social Act and be parallel with the CQC Scope and Regulations .

P.A' are exempt from needing to be CQC Registered , due to the nature of the contract.

But clear guidance must be given to both as to why.

Their customer service I have found to date efficient and quick, I'm also impressed with the way they have listened to my suggestions and taken them on board, if something isn't working they fix it without delay. Highly recommended.

Not much more use than my Notes app unless I want to pay a subscription fee. Disappointing

Very basic but does the job..very disappointed with misleading marketing, its not free for 30days,£7.99 was instantly deducted from my account and next payment due in 30 days..very misleading advertising..plus it keeps displaying a message that says am not connected to the Internet..even though I'm connected...

Not long had the app but is proving a very good resource to have at my finger tips. Exciting new things coming in the pipeline so looking forward to those

sorry but I just could not get into the app they kindly reset my account but i still could not get into it, I suggested in future if people have problems they set up the account for them with temportary password and recomend people change it later...

I’m happy with it.

College project level app that doesn't even have basic accessibility options. C- at best.
Doesn't support dark mode, so messages are white text on white background. Really poor show.
They've hired 3 marketers instead of one decent programmer, that should tell you something about their ethics and values.
Absolutely not worth bothering with.

This app is excellent for self employed carers. It enables the user to keep all of their client records in one place and has handy templates for things like invoices, contracts etc. Emma is very open to suggestions on how to improve things and any issues I have had have been resolved promptly. I would highly recommend the app , it’s very much worth the subscription fee.

Pocket Carer is a well-designed mobile app that greatly helps you manage being a self-employed carer. The app offers great functionality and is very user-friendly. I particularly appreciate the contract feature, which allows you to quickly fill in relevant information using the template provided. This has saved me a lot of time and has made the onboarding process for new clients a breeze. I highly recommend this app!
