It was easy to register (and change dates - even though it was expensive and doesn't seem like it should be that expensive). And I did receive my results within 48 hours as promised, even over a holiday weekend.

The process was good. Although little bit communication before giving exam would have been better.

I think the Project Management certification is a great learning opportunity for people to expand on their knowledge of project management. The scenario based questions are definitely challenging and require you to think through important project management principles. In my personal opinion, I think the test is too long and too intense on theory. I think some concepts are purposely over complicated and I don't think it's necessary to require people to know every level of detail of each theory or method. The workforce really requires this certification now so it's unfortunately a beast professionals have to conquer now.

I took my exam prep course through PM Training and utilized study hall to prepare for the exam, both resources were challenging and helped me to really understand the material. I won't say I was completely confident but I felt that I'd done as much as I could. 2/3 sections were above target and 1/3 met target, I'm happy with the result and excited to see my career grow.

The way PMP exam is structured, it isn't representative of what most project managers do, in my opinion. Lot of emphasis is placed in geographically distributed teams, Software development and Agile approach which isn't a true representation of the PM world. Yes, these are important aspects when learning project management however they should be incorporated as learning PDUs once PMP is granted. I have never failed an exam in my life except the first attempt of PMP and second attempt although I passed felt like out of touch with what I do in daily life as a PM.

The concepts and material tested by the actual PMP exam are valid and largely helpful. I purchased a subscription to the PMI.org study hall and found the practice questions misleading. As a result, I postponed my test to figure out a strategy. Many of the questions relied on inferences not supported by the test material, had insufficient evidence to support a single answer (no best answer), cited non-PMI materials, or contained grammatical errors. As someone with a master's in education, I was shocked that this was released for test prep purposes, let alone sold. The official PMP exam is much more polished and relevant.

As AI is evolving, it is important to hold the human value. so preparing for this exam is great feel and knowing about Conflict handling, People management and servant leadership are core values in this digital dominated world. Andrew's class had me well prepared for the exam. Most realistic take on studying for the PMP. His material helps you understand the PMBOK mindset rather than pure memorization. Very good question banks too.

The PMP did exactly that.

Passed the test. All the material is changing for the new format exam so I am sure they will begin providing quality material to prepare students for that as well.
